Disclosed is a steel pipe pile sheet attached type pile anchoring apparatus. The steel pipe pile sheet attached type pile anchoring apparatus is used for constructing a foundation reinforcing pile installed to be supported on a bottom surface of a foundation, and comprises: a lower anchoring plate connected to a lower end portion of a plurality of anchor rods installed to be inserted into a drilling hole formed in a foundation, and installed to be supported on a bottom surface of the foundation; a sheet unit spaced from the anchor rods at a predetermined distance to be attached and formed for a steel pipe pile to be inserted in a lower portion of the steel pipe pile; a bed excavation unit formed for the lower anchoring plate and a lower portion of the sheet unit to be set; and non-shrink mortar deposited in the inside and the outside of the steel pipe pile and the bed excavation unit.
