PRE-LOADING APPARATUS FOR FOUNDATION PILE WHICH CAN CONTROL PRE-LOADING LEVEL AND FOUNDATION REINFORCING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a pre-loading apparatus capable of controlling a load and a foundation reinforcing method using the same. The pre-loading method is used in remodeling construction in which extension of an apartment house or the like is required. The pre-loading method can control the pre-loading load such as additional loading when damage to the introduced pre-loading load is generated and allow a newly constructed pile to burden the load applied before and after the extension so that reinforcing efficiency is increased. Therefore, the load can be economically controlled.
아파트등의 증축을 요구하는 리모델링 공사에서 사용되는 선재하공법에 있어서, 도입된 선재하 하중 손실 발생 시, 추가 재하와 같이 선재하 하중 제어가 가능하고, 증축 전, 후에 작용하는 하중을 신설 말뚝이 부담할 수 있도록 하여 보강효율이 증대됨에 따라 경제적인 하중제어가 가능한 선재하장치 및 이를 이용한 기초보강방법에 관한 것이다.
