The present invention relates to a system form. The system form comprises: a planar panel unit to operate as a guide in forming a plane of one side of a pillar concrete; a chamfering panel unit connected to the planar panel unit, and operating as a guide in forming a chamfer surface on one side of the pillar concrete; a coupling fixing unit disposed on the chamfering panel unit and provided with an open member stopping unit formed on one side thereof and a first insertion hole formed on the other side thereof; a coupling support unit wherein one end thereof includes a second insertion hole corresponding to the first insertion hole, and the other end thereof is coupled to the open member stopping unit; and an insertion unit inserted into the first and the second insertion hole to fixate the planar panel unit and the chamfering panel unit. As such, time and costs required to manufacture the system form is able to be minimized.
본 발명은 시스템 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 기둥 콘크리트의 일측 평면을 형성하는데 가이드가 되는 평면용 패널 유닛, 상기 평면용 패널 유닛과 연결되며, 상기 기둥 콘크리트의 일측 면취면을 형성하는데 가이드가 되는 면취용 패널 유닛, 상기 면취용 패널 유닛에 구비되며, 일측에 개방형 부재 걸림부가 형성되고 타측에 제1 삽입 홀이 형성되는 체결 고정 유닛, 일단은 상기 제1 삽입 홀에 대응하는 제2 삽입 홀을 포함하고, 타단은 상기 개방형 부재 걸림부에 체결되는 체결 지지 유닛, 및 상기 제1 삽입 홀과 상기 제2 삽입 홀에 삽입되어 상기 평면용 패널 유닛과 상기 면취용 패널 유닛을 고정하기 위한 삽입 유닛을 포함한다. 따라서 시스템 거푸집을 제작하는데 있어서 소모되는 시간 및 비용을 최소화할 수 있다.

본 발명은 시스템 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 기둥 콘크리트의 일측 평면을 형성하는데 가이드가 되는 평면용 패널 유닛, 상기 평면용 패널 유닛과 연결되며, 상기 기둥 콘크리트의 일측 면취면을 형성하는데 가이드가 되는 면취용 패널 유닛, 상기 면취용 패널 유닛에 구비되며, 일측에 개방형 부재 걸림부가 형성되고 타측에 제1 삽입 홀이 형성되는 체결 고정 유닛, 일단은 상기 제1 삽입 홀에 대응하는 제2 삽입 홀을 포함하고, 타단은 상기 개방형 부재 걸림부에 체결되는 체결 지지 유닛, 및 상기 제1 삽입 홀과 상기 제2 삽입 홀에 삽입되어 상기 평면용 패널 유닛과 상기 면취용 패널 유닛을 고정하기 위한 삽입 유닛을 포함한다. 따라서 시스템 거푸집을 제작하는데 있어서 소모되는 시간 및 비용을 최소화할 수 있다.
