THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a thermoconductive composition. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermoconductive composition comprises: a functional agent consisting of thermoconductive mineral foam powder and at least one of boron nitride (BN), silicon carbide (SiC), aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3), and aluminum nitride (AlN); and a binder containing a silicate glass solution and isopropyl alcohol. The thermoconductive composition and the production method bring an enhancement of heat absorptiveness, heat release properties, and radiating functions under a high temperature condition exceeding at least 1000C.
본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 열전도성 조성물은, 질화보론(BN), 탄화규소(SiC), 산화알루미늄(AlO) 및 질화알루미늄(AlN) 중 하나 이상과 발포 무기질 열전도성 파우더를 포함하는 기능제, 그리고 규산염 유리용액과 아이소프로필 알코올을 포함하는 바인더를 포함한다.
