REINFORCEMENT APPARATUS FOR EARTH RETAINING TEMPORARY FACILITY AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURE HAVING THE SAME
The present invention provides a reinforcement apparatus for a temporary soil retaining facility, comprising: a horizontal beam installed to intersect multiple vertical piles disposed in an excavated retaining wall at constant intervals, so as to be fixated in a wale supporting a soil retaining wall; a pair of arched beams integrally connected on both sides of the horizontal beam and having an arched shape mutually symmetrical with respect to the horizontal beam; a steel wire support part installed in a steel wire support erected from the horizontal beam; a steel wire settling part installed in each arched beam; and a steel wire supported by the steel wire support part, connecting both ends to the steel wire settling part to be settled, and elongated to be pre-stressed. A soil pressure applied to the soil retaining wall is transferred to the arched beam disposed on both sides of the soil retaining wall to be supported and a soil pressure applied to the horizontal beam disposed in the middle of the soil retaining wall is offset by a repulsive force occurring in the steel wire support by the pre-stressed steel wire, such that the soil retaining wall can be supported.
본 발명의 흙막이 가시설용 보강장치는, 굴착된 토류벽에 일정 간격으로 배치되는 다수의 수직파일 간을 가로질러 설치되어 흙막이 벽체를 지지하는 띠장에 고정되는 수평빔과, 수평빔의 양측에 일체로 연결되고 수평빔을 기준으로 서로 대칭되는 아치 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 아치형빔과, 수평빔에 직립된 강선받침대에 설치되는 강선지지부와, 아치형빔 각각에 설치되는 강선정착부와, 강선지지부에 의해 지지되고 양단이 강선정착부에 연결되어 정착되며 프리스트레스(pre-stressed)가 가해지도록 인장되는 강선을 포함하되, 흙막이 벽체에 작용하는 토압은 흙막이 벽체의 양측에 위치하는 아치형빔에 전달되어 지지되고, 흙막이 벽체의 중간에 위치하는 수평빔에 작용하는 토압은 프리스트레스된 강선에 의해 강선받침대에 발생하는 반력에 의해 흙막이 벽체를 지지할 수 있다.
