FINISHING COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND PROTECTING METHOD OF SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a finishing material composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure and a method for protecting a surface of a concrete structure by using the same, which includes 5 to 95 wt% of inorganic binding material, 1 to 92 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.01 to 50 wt% of functionality improving admixture, and 0.1 to 15 wt% of water. The functionality improving admixture includes 40 to 99 wt% of self crosslink structure acryl emulsion, 0.1 to 25 wt% of polydimethyl siloxane, 0.01 to 20 wt% of polyoxyethylene lanolin, and 0.01 to 15 wt% of butyl rubber and the inorganic binding material includes 20 to 90 wt% of high early strength Portland cement, 0.1 to 20 wt% of calcium aluminate, 0.1 to 20 wt% of blast furnace slag fine powder with a fineness of 4,000 to 8,000 cm^2/g, 0.1 to 20 wt% of silica powder, 0.1 to 20 wt% of phyllite powder, 0.1 to 20 wt% of desulfurized gypsum, 0.1 to 20 wt% of illite, and 0.01 to 10 wt% of calcium nitrate. The present invention is excellent in terms of strength characteristics and durability, and thus is capable of reducing costs required for repair and maintenance and performance period extension. In addition, the present invention is excellent in terms of material separation resistance, facilitates construction, and cures within a short period of time, and thus is capable of shortening a construction period, reducing construction costs, and shortening a repair period.
본 발명은, 무기 결합재 5∼95중량%, 잔골재 1∼92중량%, 기능성 개선 혼화제 0.01∼50중량% 및 물 0.1~15중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기능성 개선 혼화제는 망상구조(self crosslink structure) 아크릴 에멀젼 40∼99중량%, 폴리디메틸실록산 0.1∼25중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌라놀린 0.01∼20중량% 및 부틸고무 0.01∼15중량%를 포함하고, 상기 무기 결합재는 조강 포틀랜드 시멘트 20∼90중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트 0.1∼20중량%, 분말도가 4,000~8,000 cm/g인 고로슬래그 미분말 0.1∼20중량%, 실리카 분말 0.1~20중량%, 천매암 분말 0.1~20중량%, 탈황석고 0.1∼20중량%, 일라이트 0.1~20중량% 및 질산칼슘 0.01∼10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 표면 보호용 마감재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 표면보호공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 우수한 강도특성과 내구성을 보유하여 공용기간 증가와 유지보수에 소요되는 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 재료 분리 저항성이 우수하고, 시공이 용이하고, 빠른 시간 내에 경화되어 시공기간이 단축되고 시공비의 절감과 보수기간의 단축이 가능하다.
