GROUND HOLE EXPANDING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an apparatus to expand a punched hole and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus to expand a punched hole capable of easily enlarging an inner circumferential surface of the punched hole. The apparatus to expand the punched hole for enlarging a punched hole formed on the ground comprises: a support member; a driving unit coupled to the support member; a plunger disposed in a center of the support member, having one end coupled to the driving unit, and vertically moved by the driving unit; a plurality of vane members having a pole shape having one end hinged and coupled to an eccentric position from the center of the support member, and the other end disposed to be long in one direction; a link member having one end hinged and coupled to the plunger, and the other end hinged and coupled to the vane member; and a plurality of lateral excavation members coupled to outer circumferential surfaces of the vane members. When the plunger is lowered by the driving unit, one end of the link member is lowered and the vane members spread outward by allowing the other end of the vane members to rotate around the center thereof. When the support member and the vane members rotate, the lateral excavation members excavate an inner circumferential surface of the punched hole to enlarge the punched hole.
본 발명은 천공홀 확공장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 천공홀의 내주면을 용이하게 확대시킬 수 있는 천공홀 확공장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 천공홀 확공장치는, 지면에 형성된 천공홀을 확대시키는 천공홀 확공장치에 있어서, 지지부재와; 상기 지지부재에 결합된 구동부와; 상기 지지부재의 중심부에 배치되면서 일단이 상기 구동부에 결합되고, 상기 구동부에 의해 상하방향으로 이동하는 플런저와; 막대 형상으로 이루어지고, 일단이 상기 지지부재의 중심에서 편심된 위치에 힌지결합되며 타단이 하방향으로 길게 배치되는 다수개의 날개부재와; 일단이 상기 플런저에 힌지결합되고 타단이 상기 날개부재에 힌지결합된 링크부재와; 상기 날개부재의 외주면에 결합된 다수개의 측면굴착부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 구동부에 의한 상기 플런저의 하강시 상기 링크부재의 일단이 하강하면서 상기 날개부재는 타단이 일단을 중심으로 회전하여 외측방향으로 전개되고, 상기 지지부재 및 날개부재의 회전에 의해 상기 측면굴착부재는 천공홀의 내주면을 굴착하여 확대시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
