Repair Method for Floor Leak of Building Basement
The present invention provides a method to repair floor water leakage in a basement of a building, completely removing a cracked part, performing firm sealing, and at the same time, guiding and draining underground water, so as to prevent recurrence of a crack and leaked water, and enhance workability and reduce a work time upon repair. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a crack removing step of forming a rectangular groove with a predetermined depth along a cracked part formed on a floor surface of a basement; a waterway forming step of filling the rectangular groove with a filling material having pores allowing flow of underground water; a waterway maintaining step of covering the upper part and both side directions of the filling material except the floor of the rectangular groove with a cover frame; and a rectangular groove sealing step of filling mortar between the rectangular groove and the cove frame, and fitting the upper surface of the mortar to the floor surface of the basement.
본 발명은 균열부분을 완전제거하고 견고하게 밀봉함과 동시에, 지하 용출수의 흐름을 유도하여 배출함으로써 균열과 누수가 재발하지 않도록 하고, 보수시 작업성을 향상시키고 작업시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 건축물의 지하층 바닥 누수 보수공법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 누수 보수공법은, 지하층 바닥표면에 형성된 균열부위를 따라 소정깊이의 사각홈을 형성하는 균열제거단계와, 상기 사각홈 내에 용출수의 흐름이 가능한 공극을 가지는 충전재를 채우는 물길형성단계와, 상기 사각홈의 바닥을 제외한 충전재의 상부와 양측방을 커버프레임으로 덮는 물길유지단계와, 상기 사각홈과 커버프레임 사이에 모르타르를 충전하고 모르타르의 상면을 지하층 바닥 표면과 일치시키는 사각홈 밀봉단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
