METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING BUILDING WITH BASEMENT FLOOR
To provide a method of constructing a building with a basement floor capable of increasing bending rigidity with an economical and rational structure by using a wall-like structure installed in the ground.SOLUTION: A construction method of a building having a basement floor includes: a step of constructing of a wall-like structure with bellows plates shape in plan view by constructing a concrete wall in advance in the ground, and after roughening the side surfaces near the end of the preceding wall-like body to form uneven portions, by using the uneven part as a joint surface and joining the succeeding walls; constructing a shoring in the recess of the wall-like structure; and a step of constructing the building using the wall-like structure as an earth retaining wall using the reverse construction method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】経済的かつ合理的な構造で曲げ剛性を高めることの可能な、地盤中に設けられる壁状構造物を利用して、地下階を有する建物を構築する方法を提供する。【解決手段】地下階を有する建物の構築方法であって、地盤中に、先行してコンクリート造の壁状体を構築し、先行の前記壁状体の端部近傍の側面を目荒らしして凹凸部を形成したのち、該凹凸部を接合面とし、後行の前記壁状体を打継ぐことにより、平面視で蛇腹板状の壁状構造物を構築する工程と、前記壁状構造物の凹部に支保工を設け、該壁状構造物を土留め壁として利用して逆打ち工法により前記建物を構築する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
