Prevent cracks and repair method of construction structure
Disclosed is a crack prevention and repair method of a construction structure, which can prevent a crack that may be generated in a concrete structure in advance by sequentially constructing a waterproof agent and a repair sheet, and improve waterproof performance. The present invention provides the crack prevention and repair method of a construction structure, which comprises the following steps of: (a) applying primer to a concrete structure; (b) primarily applying a water-soluble acrylic elastic coating film to concrete on which the primer is applied; (c) attaching the repair sheet to the concrete on which the water-soluble acrylic elastic coating film is applied; and (d) secondarily applying and drying a water-soluble acrylic elastic coating film to the concrete to which the repair sheet is attached.
방수제 및 보수용 시트를 순차적으로 시공하여 콘크리트 구조물에서 발생할 수 있는 균열과 같은 하자를 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 방수성능을 높일 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 예방 및 보수방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 (a) 콘크리트 구조물에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; (b) 상기 프라이머가 도포된 콘크리트에 수용성 아크릴 탄성 도막제를 1차 도포하는 단계; (c) 상기 수용성 아크릴 탄성 도막제가 도포된 콘크리트에 보수용 시트를 부착하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 보수용 시트가 부착된 콘크리트에 수용성 아크릴 탄성 도막제를 2차 도포하여 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 예방 및 보수방법을 제공한다.
