The present invention relates to a device providing mortar used in a small-scale construction site, which is configured to remove a screw-type assembly portion of elements that require especially frequent cleaning while a mixer and a mortar press-feeding device are put and integrated on one frame. The components include, for example, opposite ends of a feed screw shaft without screw fastening, a ball head joint, a quick coupler for connecting a hose fitting to a flange for fixing a stator discharge portion, and a wedge-shaped cleaning opening stopper. Accordingly, the present invention aims to enhance and improve the components to be easily disassembled or assembled, thus significantly reducing time and cost required for cleaning.
본 발명은 소규모 건설 현장에 쓰이는 몰탈을 공급하는 장치에 있어 믹서와 몰탈 압송장치를 하나의 프레임 위에 올려 일체화함과 동시에 특히 잦은 세척을 요하는 구성요소들의 나사식 조립부를 없앤 것이다.그 구성품들의 예를 보면 나사체결이 없는 이송 스크류 축의 양단, 볼 헤드 조인트, 스테이터 토출부를 고정하는 플랜지에 호스 피팅을 연결하는 퀵 커플러, 쐐기 박음식 청소구 마개 등으로서 분해조립이 쉽도록 개선 개량함으로써 세척에 필요한 시간과 비용을 현저히 절감시킨 것이다.
