The present invention relates to a weather door for a vessel which maintains airtightness of the weather door for a vessel, has an improved dog and door lock structure, and allows the door to be in an open state at a desired angle. That is, an outer packing (54) and an inner packing (57) installed on a door lock (50) can completely block the inflow of water or the like into the vessel, the dogs (64, 65) installed on upper and lower portions of the door (10) are connected with a dog opening and closing handle (60) and top and bottom connection rods (62, 63), such that the top and bottom dogs (64, 65) are locked or released in accordance with normal and reverse direction rotation adjustment of the dog opening and closing handle (60), and a locking stopper (67) is formed on one side of the dog opening and closing handle (60), such that a deadbolt (59) of the door lock (50) enters and exits in accordance with the release operation of an opening and closing lever (55) inside the door (10) or a key (51) from the outside so as to control the rotation of the dog opening and closing handle (60), thereby controlling locking and releasing operation of the door (10). In addition, a plurality of ratchet gears (75) are formed on a pivoting bracket (73) fixated on the door (10) to allow a stopper (76) elastically installed on a fixing bracket (72) by a torsion spring (77) to be selectively stopped, such that the opening state can be maintained by arbitrarily setting an opening angle of the door (10).
본 발명은 선박용 웨더도어의 기밀성 유지, 도그와 도어록 구조 개선은 물론 도어가 원하는 일정 각도에서 개방 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한 선박용 웨더도어에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 도어록(50)에 설치되는 외부패킹(54) 및 내부패킹(57)에 의해 선박 내부로 수분 등이 유입되는 것을 확실하게 차단할 수 있고, 도어(10)의 상하로 설치되는 도그(64,65)는 도그개폐핸들(60)과 상하 연결로드(62,63)와 연결되어 도그개폐핸들(60)의 정역 방향 회전조절에 따라 상하 도그(64,65)를 잠금 또는 해제할 수 있으며, 도그개폐핸들(60) 일측으로는 걸림스토퍼(67)를 형성하여 도어록(50)의 데드볼트(59)가 도어(10) 내부의 개폐레버(55) 또는 외부에서 키(51)의 해제작동에 따라 진출입토록 하여 도그개폐핸들(60)의 회전을 단속토록 하여 도어(10)의 잠금 및 해제 작동을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 도어(10)에 고정되는 회동브라켓(73)에는 복수의 래칫기어(75)를 형성하여 고정브라켓(72)에 토션스프링(77)으로 탄력설치된 스토퍼(76)가 선택적으로 스톱핑되도록 함으로써 도어(10)의 개방각도를 임의로 설정하여 개방상태를 유지할 수도 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 선박용 웨더도어의 기밀성 유지, 도그와 도어록 구조 개선은 물론 도어가 원하는 일정 각도에서 개방 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한 선박용 웨더도어에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 도어록(50)에 설치되는 외부패킹(54) 및 내부패킹(57)에 의해 선박 내부로 수분 등이 유입되는 것을 확실하게 차단할 수 있고, 도어(10)의 상하로 설치되는 도그(64,65)는 도그개폐핸들(60)과 상하 연결로드(62,63)와 연결되어 도그개폐핸들(60)의 정역 방향 회전조절에 따라 상하 도그(64,65)를 잠금 또는 해제할 수 있으며, 도그개폐핸들(60) 일측으로는 걸림스토퍼(67)를 형성하여 도어록(50)의 데드볼트(59)가 도어(10) 내부의 개폐레버(55) 또는 외부에서 키(51)의 해제작동에 따라 진출입토록 하여 도그개폐핸들(60)의 회전을 단속토록 하여 도어(10)의 잠금 및 해제 작동을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 도어(10)에 고정되는 회동브라켓(73)에는 복수의 래칫기어(75)를 형성하여 고정브라켓(72)에 토션스프링(77)으로 탄력설치된 스토퍼(76)가 선택적으로 스톱핑되도록 함으로써 도어(10)의 개방각도를 임의로 설정하여 개방상태를 유지할 수도 있도록 한 것이다.
