EJECTING ANGLE ADJUSTABLE TWO-COMPONENT PAINT LANE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LANE PAINTING USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a two liquid type lane painting apparatus capable of adjusting an ejecting angle and a method for painting a lane using the same, comprising: a compressed air ejection portion for ejecting compressed air to a surface of a road; a hydraulic pressure type pump device installed on a rear surface of the compressed air ejection portion, and controlling ejecting pressure of a first and second paints; a glass bead reflector ejection portion for ejecting a glass bead reflector; and an external mixture ejecting device for spraying the first and second paints so that the first and second paints can be missed at the outside. By precisely adjusting an ejecting angle of the two paints mixed at the outside, operation efficiency can be improved. In addition, residual material remaining in the external mixture ejecting device after spraying the paints can be washed.
본 발명은 분사각 조절이 가능한 이액형 차선도색장치 및 이를 이용한 차선도색공법에 관한 것으로, 도로 표면에 압축공기를 분사하는 압축공기 분사부, 압축공기 분사부 후면에 설치되며, 제1 도료와 제2 도료의 분사 압력을 조절하는 유압식 펌프장치, 유리알 반사체를 분사하는 유리알 반사체 분사부 및 상기 제1 도료와 제2 도료가 외부에서 혼합되도록 분사하는 외부혼합 분사장치를 포함한 분사각 조절이 가능한 이액형 차선도색장치를 구비하여 외부에서 혼합되는 두 도료의 분사각을 정밀하게 조절하여 작업효율이 향상되고, 도료 분사 후 남은 외부혼합 분사장치에 잔류하는 잔류물을 세척할 수 있는 분사각 조절이 가능한 이액형 차선도색장치 및 이를 이용한 차선도색공법에 관한 것이다.
