TWO-COMPONENT PAINT LANE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LANE PAINTING USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a two-pack type letter or symbol painting device capable of realizing perfect mixing, and a painting method using the same. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a transport device having a size capable of being pulled by human power; a compressed air injection unit to inject compressed air on a surface of a road and to compress a first paint; a diaphragm pump to compress a second paint; a glass bead reflector spray unit to spray glass bead reflectors; an external mixing and spraying module disposed on the same line as that of the glass bead reflector spray unit, and performing spraying to mix the first and second paints; a first tank connected to the external mixing and spraying module, and storing the first paint; and a second tank connected to the external mixing and spraying module, and storing the second paint. The first paint is compressed at 8 to 10 bar by the compressed air injection unit, and the second paint is compressed at 130 to 250 bar by using the diaphragm pump.
본 발명은 이액형 문자 또는 기호 도색장치 및 이를 이용한 도색방법에 관한 것으로, 인력으로 끌수 있는 크기를 가진 운반장치; 상기 운반장치 전단에 구비되며, 도로 표면에 압축 공기를 분사하고 제1 도료를 압축하는 압축공기 분사부; 상기 운반장치 일측에 구비되며, 제2 도료를 압축하는 다이어프램 펌프; 상기 운반장치 측면에 구비되며, 유리알 반사체를 분사하는 유리알 반사체 분사부; 상기 유리알 반사체 분사부와 동일선상에 구비되며, 상기 제1 도료와 제2 도료가 혼합되도록 분사하는 외부혼합 분사모듈; 상기 외부혼합 분사모듈과 연결되며 제1 도료를 저장하는 제1 탱크 및 상기 외부혼합 분사모듈과 연결되며 제2 도료를 저장하는 제2 탱크를 포함하고, 상기 제1 도료가 압축공기 분사부를 이용해 8 내지 10 bar로 압축되고, 상기 제2 도료가 다이어프램 펌프를 이용해 130 내지 250 Bar로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이액형 도색장치로서, 상기 외부혼합 분사모듈는, 상기 제1 탱크와 연결되어 상기 제1 도료를 공급하는 제1 스프레이건; 상기 제2 탱크와 연결되어 상기 제2 도료를 공급하는 제2 스프레이건; 상기 제1 및 제2 스프레이건이 삽입되어 고정되도록 형성되는 유로부를 구비하는 외부혼합 블록; 상기 외부혼합 블록 하측에 연결되며, 상기 제1 스프레이건의 분사 각도를 조절하고 제1 분사팁이 구비된 제1 각도 조절부; 상기 외부혼합 블록 하부와 연결되며, 상기 제2 스프레이건의 분사 각도를 조절하고, 제2 분사팁이 구비된 제2 각도 조절부; 상기 외부혼합 블록을 운반장치에 고정하는 고정나사부 및 상기 제1 및 제2 스프레이건과 상기 외부혼합블록 사이에 각각 결합되는 제1 및 제2 역류방지 체크 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 제2 탱크 주변에 구비되며, 상기 제2 스프레이건이 사용되지 않을 때 제2 도료가 경화되는 것을 방지하기 위해 수집하는 보조탱크 및 유리알 반사체가 저장된 유리알탱크를 더 포함하는 이액형 문자 또는 기호 도색장치 및 이를 이용한 도색방법을 제공할 수 있다.
