Ground anchor construction method for anchoring area extended improvement using extended excavation agitator
The present invention provides an anchoring unit-expanded and improved ground anchor construction method using an expansion excavation stirring device, capable of improving a stirring effect of a cement grout material in an anchoring unit section and reducing construction time of expansion excavation and stirring. According to a proper aspect of the present invention, the anchoring unit-expanded and improved ground anchor construction method includes: (a) a step of boring an anchoring unit of an out-casing; (b) a step of injecting a first cement grout material; (c) a step of drawing out the out-casing; (d) a step of forming an expanded cement bulb; (e) a step of drawing out the expansion excavation stirring device and filling the cement grout material; (f) a step of inserting and placing an anchor assembly into the anchoring unit section expanded and stirred; (g) a step of removing the out-casing; and (h) a step of forming an inner anchor bulb having an anchor bulb by injecting a third cement grout material into a pack of the anchor assembly or a corrugated pipe.
본 발명은 정착장 구간에서의 시멘트 그라우트재의 교반 효과를 증진시키고, 양질의 확대 시멘트 구근을 형성하여 앵커체의 긴장 체결 성능을 높이며, 확대 굴착 및 교반의 시공 시간을 단축할 수 있는 확대굴착 교반장치를 이용한 정착장 확대개량형 그라운드앵커 시공 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, (a) 지반에 정착장 구간의 선단까지 아웃케이싱을 인입시켜 천공 작업을 실시하는 아웃케이싱 정착장 천공 단계와; (b) 아웃케이싱의 내부로 1차 시멘트 그라우트재를 정착장 구간에 주입하는 1차 시멘트 그라우트재 주입 단계와; (c) 아웃케이싱을 자유장 구간의 선단까지만 인발하여, 정착장 구간에서 아웃케이싱 제거하는 아웃케이싱 인발 단계와; (d) 인너롯드에 연결된 확대굴착 교반장치를 아웃케이싱의 내부로 삽입한 후, 확대굴착 교반장치에서 2차 시멘트 그라우트재를 분사시키면서 정착장 구간에서 확대굴착 교반장치를 회전과 왕복운동시켜 확대 굴착하여 확대 시멘트 구근을 형성하고, 동시에 교반시 발생된 배압으로 아웃케이싱의 내부로 슬라임을 충진시키는 확대 시멘트 구근 형성 단계와; (e) 확대굴착 교반장치를 아웃케이싱으로부터 인발시켜 제거하면서 동시에, 아웃케이싱으로부터 빠져나간 소량의 슬라임 량만큼 시멘트 그라우트재를 보충하는 확대굴착 교반장치 인발 및 시멘트 그라우트재 보충 단계와; (f) 선단부에 토목섬유(팩) 또는 주름관이 설치된 앵커 조립체를 확대 교반된 정착장 구간에 삽입하여 위치시키는 단계와; (g) 아웃케이싱을 지반에서 추출하여 외부로 제거해내는 아웃케이싱 제거 단계; 및 (h) 앵커 조립체의 팩 또는 주름관 내부로 3차 시멘트 그라우트재를 주입하여 앵커구근을 형성시키는 내부 앵커구근 형성 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
