Excavators pedal valve
The present invention relates to an excavator pedal valve. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pedal valve, provided to a lower portion of a pedal controlling forward movement and backward movement of an excavator to apply pressure to a front side and a rear side of the pedal to control the pedal. According to the present invention, the excavator pedal valve comprises: a body unit where a flow passage controlling forward driving and backward driving is formed on a front side and a rear side of the inside of the body unit in the vertical direction; a cam unit provided to an upper end part of the body unit to be rotated forward and backward based on a shaft of a center portion by operation of the pedal; a load unit provided to each lower portion of the front side and the rear side of the cam unit to apply a vertical force along the flow passage of the body unit; and a return elastic unit provided to a lower portion of the load unit to enable the load unit to be returned upward. A rotation unit is formed to be freely rotated in a lower portion of the cam unit having a surface coming in contact with the load unit. According to the present invention, the excavator pedal valve can prevent damage to a friction surface between the load unit and the cam unit of the pedal valve.
본 발명은 굴삭기 페달 밸브에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 굴삭기의 전진 및 후진을 제어할 수 있는 페달의 하부에 마련되어 페달의 전방 및 후방에 압력을 가하여 제어할 수 있는 페달 밸브에 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 전진 및 후방 주행을 제어하는 유로가 수직방향으로 내부의 전방 및 후방에 형성되는 바디부, 상기 바디부의 상단부에 마련되어 페달의 구동에 의해 중심부 축을 기준으로 전후 회동할 수 있게 마련되는 캠부, 상기 캠부의 전방하부 및 후방하부에 각각 마련되어 상기 바디부의 유로를 따라 수직방향으로 힘을 가하는 로드부, 상기 로드부의 하부에 마련되어 상기 로드부를 상방으로 복귀 시키는 리턴탄성부를 포함하고, 상기 로드부와 접촉면이 형성되는 상기 캠부의 하부에는 회전부가 자유회전이 가능하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 페달 밸브의 캠부와 로드부의 마찰면의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an excavator pedal valve. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pedal valve, provided to a lower portion of a pedal controlling forward movement and backward movement of an excavator to apply pressure to a front side and a rear side of the pedal to control the pedal.
