Excavators pedal valve
The present invention relates to a pedal valve for an excavator, and more specifically, to a pedal valve positioned at a lower part of a pedal, which is capable of controlling forward movement and backward movement of an excavator, to perform a controlled operation by applying pressure to front and rear sides of the pedal. According to the present invention, the excavator pedal valve comprises: a body part having a flow path formed on front and rear sides of the inside thereof in a vertical direction to control forward driving and backward driving; a cam part positioned on an upper end of the body part to be rotated forwards and backwards about a central axis by driving of the pedal; a rod part positioned at a front lower part and rear lower part of the cam part to apply a force along the flow path of the body part in the vertical direction; and a return elastic part positioned at a lower part of the rod part and returning the rod part upwards. A ball is formed in a lower part of the cam part having a surface in contact with the rod part. According to the present invention, the excavator pedal valve has an effect to prevent damage to frictional surfaces of the cam part and the rod part of the pedal valve.
본 발명은 굴삭기 페달 밸브에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 굴삭기의 전진 및 후진을 제어할 수 있는 페달의 하부에 마련되어 페달의 전방 및 후방에 압력을 가하여 제어할 수 있는 페달 밸브에 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 전진 및 후방 주행을 제어하는 유로가 수직방향으로 내부의 전방 및 후방에 형성되는 바디부, 상기 바디부의 상단부에 마련되어 페달의 구동에 의해 중심부 축을 기준으로 전후 회동할 수 있게 마련되는 캠부, 상기 캠부의 전방하부 및 후방하부에 각각 마련되어 상기 바디부의 유로를 따라 수직방향으로 힘을 가하는 로드부, 상기 로드부의 하부에 마련되어 상기 로드부를 상방으로 복귀 시키는 리턴탄성부를 포함하고, 상기 로드부와 접촉면이 형성되는 상기 캠부의 하부에는 볼이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 페달 밸브는, 페달 밸브의 캠부와 로드부의 마찰면의 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
