According to the present invention, an assembly apparatus for a reinforcement frame of a panel door comprises: a fixing frame unit (110) which includes a fixing longitudinal frame (111) horizontally arranged in a longitudinal direction (L) and a fixing width frame (112) horizontally arranged on a position of one end of the fixing longitudinal frame (111) in a width direction (W) to form an accommodation space (113) therein to assemble a panel door (10), and is supported on a support frame (114) to fix a position; a drive frame unit (120) including a drive longitudinal frame (121) facing the fixing longitudinal frame (111) while positioning the accommodation space (113) between the fixing longitudinal frame (111) and the same and sliding in the width direction (W), and a drive width frame (122) facing the fixing width frame (112) and sliding in the longitudinal direction (L); a longitudinal drive unit (131) to provide a drive force required to slide the drive longitudinal frame (121) in accordance with a control signal; a width drive unit (132) to provide a drive force required to slide the drive width frame (122) in accordance with a control signal; and a control unit (140) to control drive to operate the longitudinal drive unit (131) in accordance with an operating signal of an input means (141) to press a width direction (W) side of the panel door (10) horizontally arranged in the accommodation space (113) by the drive longitudinal frame (121), and operate the width drive unit (132) to press a longitudinal direction (L) side of the panel door (10) by the drive width frame (122).
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 횡방향(L)으로 수평배치되는 고정횡프레임(111) 및, 상기 고정횡프레임(111)의 일단부 위치에서 종방향(W)으로 수평배치되어 내부에 판넬도어(10)를 조립하기위한 수용공간(113)을 형성하는 고정종프레임(112)을 포함하며, 지지프레임(114)에 지지되어 위치가 고정되는 고정프레임부(110); 상기 수용공간(113)을 사이에 두고 상기 고정횡프레임(111)과 대향배치되며 종방향(W)으로 슬라이딩 이동하는 구동횡프레임(121) 및, 상기 고정종프레임(112)과 대향배치되며 횡방향(L)으로 슬라이딩 이동하는 구동종프레임(122)을 포함하는 구동프레임부(120); 제어신호에 따라 상기 구동횡프레임(121)이 슬라이딩 이동하는데 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 횡구동부(131); 제어신호에 따라 상기 구동종프레임(122)이 슬라이딩 이동하는데 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 종구동부(132); 및 입력수단(141)의 조작신호에 따라 횡구동부(131)를 동작시켜 구동횡프레임(121)에 의해 수용공간(113)에 수평배치된 판넬도어(10)의 종방향(W) 측부를 가압하며, 상기 종구동부(132)를 동작시켜 구동종프레임(122)에 의해 판넬도어(10)의 횡방향(L) 측부를 가압하도록 구동제어하는 제어부(140);를 포함하는 판넬도어 보강프레임 조립장치가 개시된다.

According to the present invention, an assembly apparatus for a reinforcement frame of a panel door comprises: a fixing frame unit (110) which includes a fixing longitudinal frame (111) horizontally arranged in a longitudinal direction (L) and a fixing width frame (112) horizontally arranged on a position of one end of the fixing longitudinal frame (111) in a width direction (W) to form an accommodation space (113) therein to assemble a panel door (10), and is supported on a support frame (114) to fix a position; a drive frame unit (120) including a drive longitudinal frame (121) facing the fixing longitudinal frame (111) while positioning the accommodation space (113) between the fixing longitudinal frame (111) and the same and sliding in the width direction (W), and a drive width frame (122) facing the fixing width frame (112) and sliding in the longitudinal direction (L); a longitudinal drive unit (131) to provide a drive force required to slide the drive longitudinal frame (121) in accordance with a control signal; a width drive unit (132) to provide a drive force required to slide the drive width frame (122) in accordance with a control signal; and a control unit (140) to control drive to operate the longitudinal drive unit (131) in accordance with an operating signal of an input means (141) to press a width direction (W) side of the panel door (10) horizontally arranged in the accommodation space (113) by the drive longitudinal frame (121), and operate the width drive unit (132) to press a longitudinal direction (L) side of the panel door (10) by the drive width frame (122).
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 횡방향(L)으로 수평배치되는 고정횡프레임(111) 및, 상기 고정횡프레임(111)의 일단부 위치에서 종방향(W)으로 수평배치되어 내부에 판넬도어(10)를 조립하기위한 수용공간(113)을 형성하는 고정종프레임(112)을 포함하며, 지지프레임(114)에 지지되어 위치가 고정되는 고정프레임부(110); 상기 수용공간(113)을 사이에 두고 상기 고정횡프레임(111)과 대향배치되며 종방향(W)으로 슬라이딩 이동하는 구동횡프레임(121) 및, 상기 고정종프레임(112)과 대향배치되며 횡방향(L)으로 슬라이딩 이동하는 구동종프레임(122)을 포함하는 구동프레임부(120); 제어신호에 따라 상기 구동횡프레임(121)이 슬라이딩 이동하는데 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 횡구동부(131); 제어신호에 따라 상기 구동종프레임(122)이 슬라이딩 이동하는데 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 종구동부(132); 및 입력수단(141)의 조작신호에 따라 횡구동부(131)를 동작시켜 구동횡프레임(121)에 의해 수용공간(113)에 수평배치된 판넬도어(10)의 종방향(W) 측부를 가압하며, 상기 종구동부(132)를 동작시켜 구동종프레임(122)에 의해 판넬도어(10)의 횡방향(L) 측부를 가압하도록 구동제어하는 제어부(140);를 포함하는 판넬도어 보강프레임 조립장치가 개시된다.
