According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a door impact preventing device comprising: a door opening and closing device having a hinge attached to a vehicle pillar, a link unit coupled to the hinge and stored in a door, a roller rotated along the link unit when the link unit is moved in accordance with opening and closing the door, and a speed detection unit detecting a rotating speed of the roller; and a controller detecting an opening and closing state of the door based on a speed detection result of the speed detection unit.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 도어 충돌 방지 장치는, 차량의 필러에 부착된 힌지, 상기 힌지와 결합하고 도어에 수납된 링크부, 상기 도어의 개폐에 따라 상기 링크부의 이동 시 상기 링크부를 따라 회전하는 롤러 및 상기 롤러의 회전 속도를 검출하는 속도 검출부를 포함하는 도어개폐장치; 및 상기 속도 검출부의 속도 검출 결과에 기초하여 상기 도어의 개폐 상태를 검출하는 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 도어 충돌 방지 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
