METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY FILLING MATERIALS FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing environment-friendly filling materials for artificial turf filled with inorganic matter and, more specifically, relates to a method for manufacturing environment-friendly filling materials for artificial turf filled with inorganic matter, wherein as biomass is pulverized, in a selected pulverized amount having a size of 6-12 mesh, inorganic matter having a size passing through 100 mesh is filled in the selected biomass pulverized amount. Moreover, without a chemical binder, a physical force is applied for the biomass to be coupled to the inorganic matter.
본 발명은 무기물이 충전(充塡)된 친환경 인조잔디 충진재에 관한 것으로서, 바이오매스를 분쇄하여 6~12mesh 사이분의 크기를 갖는 것을 선별한 분쇄분에, 100mesh 통과분의 크기를 갖는 무기물을 선별한 바이오매스 분쇄분에 충전시키되, 화학적 바인더를 사용하지 않고 물리적인 힘을 가하여 바이오매스와 무기물을 결합시킨, 무기물이 충전된 친환경 인조잔디 충진재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
