ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY FILLING MATERIALS FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly cushioning artificial turf filler. Specifically, a conventional artificial turf filler containing urethane or rubber resin and the like as main materials absorbs heat from a natural light such as sunlight such that a surface temperature of an artificial turf is rapidly increased when the conventional artificial turf filler is exposed to sunlight in the summertime since the conventional artificial turf filler is installed at the outside. Accordingly, there have been problems that the conventional artificial turf filler provides a user using the artificial turf with heat of high temperature, and causes burns due to skin friction of the user in severe cases. To prevent the problems, the present invention provides an environmentally friendly cushioning artificial turf filler which prevents a rapid increase in the surface temperature of the artificial turf since absorbed heat is not accumulated in the artificial turf although heat of a natural light is absorbed into the artificial turf. Further, the present invention provides the environmentally friendly cushioning artificial turf filler which is capable of solving a problem that an artificial turf-forming filler is dispersed in an environment that is exposed to water in case of rain or the like by removing floating power of the filler with respect to water. To achieve this, the environmentally friendly cushioning artificial turf filler of the present invention has a composition comprising a biomass material, an inorganic material, a resin material, and an additive, wherein the biomass material irregularly protrudes from the surface of the filler such that the filler is not floated on water, and a surface temperature change of the filler after 20 minutes is less than 50°C when the filler absorbs radiant heat by a halogen lamp of 60 W.
본 발명은 친환경 완충 인조잔디 충진재에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 종래 우레탄 또는 고무수지 등이 주 재료가 되는 인조잔디 충진재는 외부에 설치되기 때문에 하절기 태양광에 노출되는 경우 이러한 자연광을 흡열함으로써, 인조잔디의 표면 온도의 급격한 상승이 발생되어 인조잔디를 이용하는 사용자에게 고열을 제공하고, 심한 경우 사용자의 피부마찰에 따른 화상을 유발하는 문제점이 있었는데, 본 발명은 이를 방지하기 위하여 자연광을 흡열하여도 흡열하는 열을 축적하지 않아서 인조잔디의 표면 온도의 급격한 상승이 방지되는, 친환경 완충 인조잔디 충진재를 제공하고자 한다. 아울러, 물에 대한 부유력 또한 제거되어 우천시 등에 따라 물에 노출되는 환경에서 인조잔디를 구성하는 충진재가 흩어지는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는, 친환경 완충 인조잔디 충진재를 제공하고자 한다.
