Insulating window with triple insulation structure
Disclosed is an insulation window with a triple insulation structure. The insulation window with the triple insulation structure comprises: a main profile provided on an indoor side forming a junction surface in a longitudinal direction of a window; a blocking profile which forms a junction surface in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the window and coupled to the main profile with an integrated structure, thereby forming the coupled portion on the indoor side of the window and allowing a room to be watertight and insulated from the outside; and a heat insulation part provided inside the blocking profile allowing the indoor side to be insulated from the outside. As such, the configuration of the blocking profile integrated with a finishing cap to replace the existing window frame is coupled to the indoor side against the main profile and the window; thereby improving watertightness and insulation effect in a spaced gap generated at the time of coupling. Moreover, a more stable insulation effect is able to be expected through the arrangement and coupling structure of a plurality of insulators. In addition, as the window frame and the finishing cap are integrally produced and provided, easier installation and continuous durability are able to be ensured.
삼중 열차단 구조 단열창호가 개시된다. 본 삼중 열차단 구조 단열창호는, 실내측에 마련되어 유리창의 길이방향의 접합면을 형성하는 메인 프로파일; 상기 유리창의 길이방향을 가로지르는 방향의 접합면을 형성하며, 일체화된 구조로 마련되어 상기 메인 프로파일과 결합됨으로써, 결합부분이 상기 유리창의 실내측에 형성되도록 하여 실내가 실외로부터 수밀 및 단열되도록 하는 차단 프로파일; 및 상기 차단 프로파일의 내부에 마련되어 실내가 실외로부터 단열되도록 하는 단열부;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 기존 창틀을 대체하도록 마감캡과 일체화된 본 차단 프로파일의 구성이 메인 프로파일과 유리창을 기준으로 실내측에서 결합됨으로써, 결합 시 발생하는 이격된 틈새에서의 수밀 및 단열 효과를 증진할 수 있는 효과를 포함한다. 그리고, 복수의 단열재의 배치 및 결합 구조를 통해 보다 안정적인 단열 효과를 기대할 수 있는 효과를 포함한다. 또한, 창틀과 마감캡이 일체화되어 생산되어 제공됨으로써, 보다 용이한 설치 및 지속적인 내구성을 보장할 수 있는 효과를 포함한다.
Insulating window with triple insulation structure
Disclosed is an insulation window with a triple insulation structure. The insulation window with the triple insulation structure comprises: a main profile provided on an indoor side forming a junction surface in a longitudinal direction of a window; a blocking profile which forms a junction surface in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the window and coupled to the main profile with an integrated structure, thereby forming the coupled portion on the indoor side of the window and allowing a room to be watertight and insulated from the outside; and a heat insulation part provided inside the blocking profile allowing the indoor side to be insulated from the outside.
