Insulating Window Unit with the Insulation Board
The present invention relates to a window insulating apparatus using an insulation board. The window insulating apparatus using an insulation board comprises: an attaching stick having a stick structure with a square cross section, wherein an adhesive material is applied to a lower surface thereof, and a straight insertion groove is engraved downwards on a middle portion of an upper surface thereof in a longitudinal direction of the stick; a fixed stick having a stick structure and including a pressing plate of a square cross section formed on an upper side thereof in the longitudinal direction of the stick, and a fixed blade having a straight blade protruding downwards from a middle portion of a lower surface of the pressing plate in the longitudinal direction of the stick; and an insulation board of a board-shaped hard synthetic resin material cut in a square shape. The lower surface of the attaching stick is attached to a window in a lattice arrangement. The insulation board is positioned on the upper surface of the fixed stick. The fixed blade of the fixed stick is inserted into the insertion groove to fix four edges of the insulation board by the upper surface of the attaching stick and the lower surface of the pressing plate of the fixed stick. An internal airtight space created by the insulation board and the attaching stick can block external cold air. A lighting and viewing function is maintained. Repair is easy by replacing individual insulation boards. Installation and removal are easy to be used only in a winter season.
본 발명은 단열판을 이용한 유리창단열장치에 관한 것으로, 방형 단면에 스틱구조로 하면에 접착물질이 도포되고 상면 중앙부에 스틱의 길이방향으로 직선의 홈이 하측으로 파인 삽입홈으로 구성되는 부착스틱과, 스틱구조로 상측에 스틱의 길이방향으로 방형 단면의 누룸판이 형성되고, 상기 누룸판의 하면 중앙부에 스틱의 길이방향으로 직선의 날이 하측으로 돌출되는 고정날로 구성되는 고정스틱과, 판 형태의 경성합성수지 재질로 방형으로 재단되는 단열판과, 상기 부착스틱의 하면이 유리창에 격자 배열로 부착되고 상기 단열판은 고정스틱의 상면에 위치하고 상기 고정스틱의 고정날이 삽입홈에 끼워져 단열판의 네 변이 부착스틱의 상면과 고정스틱의 누룸판 하면에 의해 고정되는 것을 포함함으로써, 단열판과 부착스틱에 의해 생성되는 내부의 기밀공간으로 외부의 한기를 막을 수 있고, 채광과 조망의 기능도 유지하고, 개별의 단열판의 교체로 수리가 용이하고, 설치와 제거가 용이하여 동절기 기간에만 사용이 가능하다.
