FUNCTIONAL CERAMIC COMPOSITION WITH WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVENESS AND PROTECTING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITH ECO-FRIENDLY WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVENESS THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a functional ceramic composition for a waterproof agent and an anticorrosive, the functional ceramic composition which is excellent in strength, adhesive strength, chemical resistance, heat resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and durability, and an eco-friendly waterproof agent and anticorrosive constructing method of a concrete structure using the functional ceramic composition. The functional ceramic composition of the present invention is prepared by hydrolyzing into one component form an alkoxy silane and a mixture of a silicone resin with excellent water repellency and waterproof property, polyvinyl chloride with excellent tractility, adhesion properties and chemical resistance, polyvinylidene fluoride with excellent chemical resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance and insulation properties, lauryl acrylate with excellent tractility and durability, and an inorganic filler with excellent strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and durability. Accordingly, the functional ceramic composition according to the present invention exhibits excellent water resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, durability and air permeability after curing without requiring high temperature treatment or the like for the formation of a film since the composition is cured at room temperature. The functional ceramic composition according to the present invention can be prevented from being easily exfoliated from a base surface or easily cracked on a coated surface since the composition has a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the concrete structure and excellent adhesion force. Further, the functional ceramic composition according to the present invention has a more improved effect of preventing corrosion of the concrete structure since the composition is coated on the surface of the concrete structure compared to conventional epoxy resin-based waterproof agent and anticorrosive.
본 발명은 강도, 접착력, 내약품성, 내열성, 내오존성, UV 저항성 및 내구성이 우수한 기능성 세라믹계 방수·방식제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 친환경 방수·방식공법에 관한 것으로서, 발수, 방수성이 우수한 실리콘 수지과, 연성, 부착성, 내약품성이 우수한 폴리비닐 클로라이드와 내약품성, 내오존성, 내열성, 절연성이 우수한 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 연성 및 내구성이 우수한 라우릴 아크릴레이트 및 강도, 내마모성, 내열성, 내약품성, 내구성이 우수한 무기질 충전재 혼합물과 알콕시 실란을 일액형 형태로 가수분해하여 기능성 세라믹계 방수·방식제 조성물을 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 상온 경화되기 때문에 도막 형성을 위해 고온 처리 등이 요구되지 않고 경화 후에는 우수한 내수성, 내오존성, UV 저항성, 내구성 및 통기성을 나타내며, 콘크리트 구조물과 유사한 열팽창계수를 가지고 부착력이 우수하여 바탕면에서 쉽게 박리되거나 도장된 표면에서 쉽게 균열이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 종래 에폭시 수지계 방수·방식제에 비해 표면에 도장되어 부식을 방지하는 효과가 더욱 향상된다.
