ECO-FRIENDLY INORGANIC PENETRATIVE WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVE COMPOSITION AND WATERPROOF AND ANTI-CORROSIVE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention provides an environmentally friendly penetration type inorganic waterproof and anticorrosive composition and a waterproof and anticorrosive construction method of a concrete structure using the same. The environmentally friendly penetration type inorganic waterproof and anticorrosive composition includes 1 to 70 wt% of nano silica aqueous dispersion, 1 to 30 wt% of inorganic mixed material dispersion, 1 to 20 wt% of alkali silicate aqueous solution, 1 to 10 wt% of an aqueous chelating agent, 0.1 to 5 wt% of a surfactant, and 1 to 30 wt% of aqueous solution of alkoxysilane aqueous solution having a water-repellent functional group with respect to the environmentally friendly penetration type inorganic waterproof and anticorrosive composition. The present invention: has excellent permeability, strength, abrasion resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, chlorine ion penetration resistance, fouling resistance, non-flammability, solvent resistance, and cleaning properties; and is able to obtain a cost reduction effect by enabling construction even when an adherend is wet as a room temperature curing type and thus, shortening a construction period without a necessity to be dried like existing organic resin.
본 발명은 친환경 침투형 무기계 방수·방식재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 방수·방식 시공 방법을 제공한다. 상기 친환경 침투형 무기계 방수·방식재 조성물은, 친환경 침투형 무기계 방수·방식재 조성물에 대하여 나노 실리카 수성 분산액 1~70 중량%, 무기 혼합재 분산액 1~30중량%, 알칼리 실리케이트 수용액 1~20중량%, 수성 킬레이트화제 1~10 중량%, 계면활성제 0.1~5중량% 및 발수성 관능기를 갖는 알콕시실란 수용액 1~ 30 중량%을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 침투성, 강도, 내마모성, 내수성, 내식성, 내오존성, 염소이온침투저항성, 내오염성, 불연성, 내용제성 및 세정성 등이 우수하고, 상온 경화형으로 피착물이 습윤상태에서도 시공이 가능하여 기존 유기계 수지에서처럼 건조할 필요가 없어 시공기간을 단축할 수 있어 비용 절감효과를 얻을 수 있다.
