A construction safety scaffold
The present invention provides a safety scaffold for construction, shielding a fixation portion between a connection portion and a horizontal bar of the safety scaffolds from the outside to ensure safety. According to the present invention, the safety scaffold comprises: a scaffold body formed with a planar body of a planar shape with a predetermined length and a plurality of vertically perforated grooves; and a fixation means installed in both ends of the scaffold body, and supported by being hung to a pipe of a temporary structure. The fixation means comprises: a planar body fixated while closing a side surface on an end part of the scaffold body; fixation pieces extended from a top and a bottom of the body, and closely adhered and supporting a top surface and a bottom surface on the end part of the scaffold body while surrounding the same; and a locking piece outwardly extended from the top of the body, receiving and supporting an upper part of the pipe while surrounding the same. The locking piece is formed with the length in a longitudinal direction of the body to have an area and the length to surround an entire upper surface of the pipe, and a hook locked and fixated in a locking hole vertically penetrating the locking piece forming the fixation means of the other safety scaffold extended from an end of the locking piece.
본 발명은, 안전발판들의 연결부위 및 가로바와의 고정부위가 외부에 대하여 차폐되어 안전성을 더욱 확보할 수 있도록; 길이를 가지며 상하로 관통된 다수개의 요홈이 형성된 '판(plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어진 발판본체와, 상기 발판본체의 양단에 구비되며 가설구조물의 파이프에 걸쳐져 지지되는 고정수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 건축용 안전발판에 있어서; 상기 고정수단은, 상기 발판본체의 단부에서 측면을 폐쇄하면서 고정되는 '판(plate)' 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 상단 및 하단에서 연장형성되며 상기 발판본체의 단부에서 상면 및 저면을 감싸면서 밀착지지하도록 된 고정편들과, 상기 몸체의 상단에서 외측방향으로 연장형성되며 상기 파이프의 상부를 감싸면서 수용하여 지지하도록 된 걸이편을 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 걸이편은, 상기 몸체의 길이방향으로 길이를 가지면서 형성되어 상기 파이프의 상부전체면을 감싸도록 된 넓이와 길이를 가지면서 형성되며; 상기 걸이편의 종단에는, 타 안전발판의 고정수단을 구성하는 걸이편에 상하로 관통되면서 형성된 걸이공에 걸림고정되는 걸고리가 연장형성되는 건축용 안전발판을 제공한다.
