A construction safety scaffold
The present invention provides a safety scaffold for construction, which can improve the structure of auxiliary fixing means that surround lower parts of pipes while the scaffold is mounted and fixed to the pipes, to increase workability and implement structural stability, thereby increasing quality in use. The safety scaffold for construction comprises: scaffold bodies formed as a plate-shaped body having a length and having a plurality of recesses vertically penetrating therethrough; fixing means provided at both ends of the scaffold bodies and supported on upper parts of pipes of a temporary structure while being hung on the upper parts; and auxiliary fixing means provided on the scaffold bodies to support one sides of lower parts of the pipes. The auxiliary fixing means include: lower locking bodies pressed by the pipes when the pipes enter, to moves linearly in the inward direction of the scaffold bodies; returning elastic bodies returning the lower locking bodies to an original position after the entry of the pipes is completed, to support the lower parts of the pipes; and guide members provided on the scaffold bodies to guide the linear movement path of the lower locking bodies.
본 발명은, 파이프에 거치하여 고정하는 중에 파이프의 하부를 감싸도록 된 보조고정수단의 구조를 개선하여 작업성의 향상은 물론 구조적 안정성을 구현하여 사용품질을 향상시키도록; 길이를 가지며 상하로 관통된 다수개의 요홈이 형성된 '판(plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어진 발판본체와; 상기 발판본체의 양단에 구비되며 가설구조물의 파이프에 상부에 걸쳐지면서 지지되는 고정수단과; 상기 발판본체에 구비되며 상기 파이프의 하부 일측부위를 지지하는 보조고정수단;을 포함하는 건축용 안전발판에 있어서; 상기 보조고정수단은, 상기 파이프가 진입시에는 상기 파이프에 의해 가압되어 상기 발판본체의 내측방향으로 직선이동되는 하부걸림체와, 상기 파이프의 진입이 완료된 후에는 상기 하부걸림체를 원위치로 복귀시켜 상기 파이프의 하부를 지지하도록 된 복귀탄성체와, 상기 발판본체에 구비되며 하부걸림체의 직선이동경로를 안내하도록 된 안내부재를 포함하는 건축용 안전발판을 제공한다.
