Disclosed is a jig for processing graphite and a method of processing graphite using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the jig for processing graphite comprises: a body plate formed in a plate-shape having a predetermined width; a first edge part extended along one side edge of the body plate; a second edge part extended along an opposite side edge of the body plate to correspond to the first edge part; a separation protrusion extended in parallel between the first edge part and the second edge part to divide an upper surface of the body plate into a first section and a second section; a plurality of first wrench bolts screwed to the first edge part, and arranged to be spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the first edge part; a plurality of second wrench bolts screwed to the second edge part, and arranged to be spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the second edge part; and an auxiliary block formed in a bar-shape having a predetermined length and a predetermined width to be arranged on an upper surface of the body plate.
흑연 가공용 지그 및 이를 이용한 흑연 가공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 소정 넓이를 가진 플레이트(plate) 형태로 형성된 바디 플레이트; 상기 바디 플레이트의 일측 모서리를 따라 연장 형성된 제1엣지부; 상기 제1엣지부에 대응되도록 상기 바디 플레이트의 반대측 모서리를 따라 연장 형성된 제2엣지부; 상기 바디 플레이트의 상면을 제1구역과 제2구역으로 구획하도록 상기 제1엣지부 및 상기 제2엣지부 사이에서 평행하게 연장 형성된 분할턱; 각각 상기 제1엣지부에 나합되어 상기 제1엣지부의 길이방향을 따라 이격 배치되는 복수의 제1렌치볼트; 각각 상기 제2엣지부에 나합되어 상기 제2엣지부의 길이방향을 따라 이격 배치되는 복수의 제2렌치볼트; 및 상기 바디 플레이트의 상기 상면에 배치될 수 있도록 소정의 길이 및 폭을 가지고 바(bar) 형태로 형성된 보조블록;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 가공용 지그가 제공될 수 있다.
