본 발명은 굴삭기의 각 장비를 작업 패턴에 따라 제어함으로써 연비를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 작업 패턴 제어 장치 및 작업 패턴 인식 장치의 패턴 분석 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 작업 패턴 제어 장치는 건설 기계가 수행하고 있는 작업을 분석하는 작업 패턴 인식 장치와; 상기 작업 패턴 인식 장치로부터 분석된 작업 패턴에 맞도록 상기 건설 기계의 각 장비를 제어하는 구동 제어 장치;를 포함하며, 상기 작업 패턴 인식 장치는 운전자의 조작 신호를 입력받아 축적하는 데이터 축적부와; 상기 축적된 조작 신호의 데이터를 분석하여 현재 작업 패턴을 판별하는 작업 패턴 분석부와; 상기 작업 패턴 분석부로부터 판별되지 못한 데이터를 확률 모델에 따라 판별하는 확률 모델 분석부와; 상기 작업 패턴 분석부 및 확률 분석 모델부로부터 판별된 작업을 상기 구동 제어 장치로 출력하는 패턴 결과 출력부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
