A Self-Adhesive Tape for Road Repairing and Water-Proofing and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a self-adhesive type road repairing tape which enables close contact construction to be performed on road crack portions and includes an adhesive flexible non-solidified rubber asphalt as a repairing layer; and a manufacturing method of the self-adhesive type road repairing tape. The road repairing tape is a structure in which a protection layer (10), an adhesive flexible repairing layer (20) which is formed on the protection layer (10), and a delamination layer (30) for protecting the adhesive flexible repairing layer (20) are laminated, wherein the adhesive flexible repairing layer (20) is formed by coating an adhesive flexible composition in which the asphalt, a process oil, an asphalt modifier, an adhesive strength reinforcing agent, a heat resistance reinforcing agent, an inorganic filler and a compatibilizer are mixed. The road repairing tape according to the present invention has an advantage that repairing may be easily performed on damaged crack portions by comprising the adhesive flexible repairing layer with excellent adhesive properties and flexibility, thereby penetrating the adhesive flexible layer into the crack portions of a road or the like such that the adhesive flexible layer is closely contacted with a surrounding surface of the crack portions.
본 발명은 도로 균열부에 밀착 시공이 가능한, 점착 유연 비고화 고무아스팔트을 보수층으로 포함하는 자착식 도로보수 테이프 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 도로보수 테이프는 보호증(10); 상기 보호층(10)의 위로 형성되는 점착유연 보수층(20); 및 상기 점착유연 보수층(20)을 보호하기 위한 박리층(30);이 적층된 구조이며, 상기 점착유연 보수층(20)은, 아스팔트, 프로세스 오일, 아스팔트 개질재, 접착력 보강제, 내열성 보강제, 무기질 충진제 및 상용화제가 혼합된 점착유연 조성물이 도포되어 형성된다. 이렇게 제조된 본 발명의 도로보수 테이프는 점착성 및 유연성이 뛰어난 점착유연 보수층을 포함하고 있어, 점착유연층이 도로 등의 균열부 내부에 침투되어 균열부 주위 표면에 밀착됨으로써 파손된 균열부에 대한 보수가 쉽게 이루어질 수 있는 장점이 있다.
