Rake structure for the bar screen type impurities removal device
The present invention relates to a rake structure for a bar screen type impurity remover used for removing impurities by being applied to an integrated impurity treatment device treating human waste, livestock waste, and wastewater. As a rake is able to be separated, when there is a damaged part, the part is able to be replaced, and thus, the present invention is reducing costs and improving convenience for maintenance. Moreover, when the rake has been installed, a transfer discharge piece for transferring and discharging impurities is formed to be inclined in the opposite transfer direction, and thus, the impurities, transferred along the rake, are formed to be inclined to the ground in a position out of a bar screen, so the present invention is capable of enabling the impurities to be easily discharged by their weight. In other words, in regard to the rake structure for a bar screen type impurity remover, the rake comprises: a fixing piece fixed to a rotary bracket, which is combined with an operating unit, through a fixing unit; and a transfer discharge piece integrated with the lower part of the fixing piece to form teeth, which touch the bar screen, in a longitudinal direction, and including a slope surface curved in the opposite direction to a moving direction.
본 발명은 분뇨, 축산분뇨, 오폐수를 종합 처리하는 협잡물 종합처리장치에 적용하여 협잡물을 제거하는 용도로 사용하게 되는 바스크린 타입 협잡물 제거장치에서의 갈퀴구조에 관한 것으로서, 갈퀴를 분할식으로 구성하여 파손부분이 발생할 때 해당부분의 선택 교체가 가능하도록 하여 유지 보수의 편리성과 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 갈퀴를 설치한 상태일 때 협잡물을 이송 배출하는 이송배출편을 이송 반대방향으로 경사지게 구성하여, 갈퀴를 따라서 이송된 협잡물이 바스크린을 벗어난 위치에서 지면쪽으로 경사지게 위치하도록 구성하여 협잡물이 자중 등에 의해서 쉽게 배출될 수 있는 기능성을 제공할 수 있도록 한 바스크린 타입 협잡물 제거장치용 갈퀴구조를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 바스크린 타입 협잡물 제거장치용 갈퀴구조에 있어서; 상기 갈퀴는, 구동수단에 결합된 회동브래킷과 고정수단으로 고정되는 고정편과; 바스크린과 접하는 이빨이 하측에 길이방향으로 형성되도록 고정편의 하측에 일체 형성되며, 이동방향과 반대쪽으로 절곡된 경사면을 갖는 이송배출편을 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진 것이다.
