ROTARY SCREEN HAVING REMAINING METERIAL REMOVAL FUNCTION RAKE
The present invention relates to a rotary dust collector having a function of removing foreign substances remaining on a rake, which comprises: a main body installed in an inflow waterway of a drainage facility, and having a pair of frames spaced apart from each other in a horizontal direction; a main screen installed between the frames of a lower end of the main body, and filtering impurities included in water passing through the inflow waterway of the drainage facility; a rake installed to rotate and circulate front and rear parts of the main body through a rotating means, and removing impurities filtered through the main screen; and a vibration unit installed in an impurity falling section of an upper part inside the main body, and vibrating the rake to drop remaining foreign substances. Accordingly, when the rake is moved to an impurity falling part, the rake is vibrated through a vibrator to drop all the impurities transferred through the rake toward a discharge conveyor.
레이크 잔여 이물질 제거 기능을 가지는 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 배수시설의 유입수로에 설치되고, 좌우방향으로 이격되는 한 쌍의 프레임을 가지는 본체; 본체의 하단부의 양 프레임 사이에 설치되고, 배수시설의 유입수로를 통과하는 물에 포함된 협잡물을 걸러내는 메인스크린; 회전수단을 통해 본체의 전방부와 후방부를 회전 순환하도록 설치되고, 메인스크린을 통해 걸러진 협잡물을 제거하는 레이크를 포함하고, 본체의 내부 상부의 협잡물 낙하구간에 설치되고, 레이크를 진동시켜 잔여 이물질을 떨어뜨릴 수 있도록 하는 진동유니트;를 더 포함하는 기술 구성을 통해 레이크가 협잡물 낙하부위로 이동하였을 때에 진동기를 통해 레이크를 진동시킴으로써 레이크를 통해 이송되는 모든 협잡물을 배출컨베이어 쪽으로 떨어뜨릴 수 있게 되는 것이다.
