The present invention relates to a blocking method without water outage using compressed air and a blocking apparatus without water outage using compressed air thereof. According to the present invention, the blocking apparatus without water outage using compressed air comprises: a punching unit formed on one side of a duct to insert the blocking apparatus without water outage into the duct; a body unit inserted into a hole formed on one side of the duct to have a partial arc on both sides, to form a half-arc when fastened with an auxiliary body unit, and to have a hose hole inside, through which a hose passes, being in a T shape to be fastened with a hinge unit on an end side in a center of the body unit; the auxiliary body unit fastened with the body unit to have a partial arc formed on one side of the body to from a half-arc; a tire-shaped sealed tube inserted into and fastened with the half-arc formed by the body unit and the auxiliary body unit fastened with each other to be fastened with a hose on one side to inject air; the hinge unit fastened on an end in a center of the body unit; a support shaft without water outage fastened with the hinge unit to rotate with the body unit; the hose fastened with the tube to pass through the hose hole of the body unit and to pass through the hinge unit and an internal hole of the support shaft without water outage, thereby being fastened with an air compressor; and a valve formed on one end of the hose passing through the support shaft without water outage to control an injection of air of the air compressor into the tube. The present invention is to provide the blocking method without water outage using compressed air and the blocking apparatus without water outage using compressed air thereof. which are able to block a fluid flowing in a duct by an expansion of an air tube, thereby having an excellent adherence and completely blocking without water outage.
본 발명 압축 공기식 부단수 차단장치는 관로의 일측에 형성되고 부단수 차단 장치를 관로 내부로 삽입하기 위한 천공부와, 관로 일측에 형성된 천공으로 삽입되는 것으로 양측으로 부분 호가 형성되어 보조 몸체부와 체결시 반 호가 형성되며 내부에는 호스가 통과하는 호스 홀이 형성되고 "T" 자 형상이며 몸체부의 중심 끝단 측에 힌지부가 체결되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부에 체결되어 반호를 형성하도록 몸체 일측에 부분 호가 형성되어 있는 보조 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부와 보조 몸체부가 체결하여 형성하는 반 호에 삽입 체결되는 타이어 형성의 밀폐되고 일측에 호스가 체결되어 공기가 주입될 수 있는 튜브와, 상기 몸체부 중심 끝단에 체결되는 힌지부와, 상기 힌지부에 체결되어 몸체부와 회동하도록 체결되는 부단수 지지축과, 상기 튜브에 체결되고 몸체부의 호스 홀을 통과하며 힌지부를 통과하여 부단수 지지축 내부 홀을 통과하여 에어 컴퓨레셔에 체결되는 호스와, 상기 부단수 지지축을 통과한 호스의 끝단에 구성되어 에어 컴퓨레셔의 에어를 튜브로 주입하는 것을 제어하는 밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
