The present invention relates to a parking crossing gate which is placed at the entrance of a parking lot opened along a riverside to manage the access of a vehicle. The parking crossing gate comprises: a first body disposed on the ground at one side of the parking lot entrance; a second body which is disposed to be moved up and down on the first body and has a parking barrier rod disposed on the top; a flooding detection unit disposed on the outer periphery of the first body and detecting a flood condition of the first body to output a corresponding signal; a lifting unit moving the second body up and down; and a control unit outputting a control signal to operate the lifting unit in accordance with the output signal of the flood detection unit. When flooding occurs in the parking lot installed on a riverside, the present invention can detect the flooding and increase the arrangement height to a level corresponding to the flooding height, thereby preventing flooding damage.
본 발명은, 하천변에 개설된 주차장의 출입구에 배치되어 차량의 출입을 관리하는 주차 차단기로서, 상기 주차장 출입구 일측의 지면 상에 배치되는 제1 본체; 상기 제1 본체 상에서 상하로 이동 가능하게 배치되고, 상부에는 주차 차단봉이 배치되는 제2 본체; 상기 제1 본체 외주에 배치되고 상기 제1 본체의 침수 상황을 감지하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 침수 감지부; 상기 제2 본체가 상하로 이동하도록 하는 승강부; 및 상기 침수 감지부의 출력 신호에 따라 상기 승강부가 동작하도록 제어 신호를 출력하는 제어부를 포함하는 주차 차단기를 제공한다. 본 발명은 하천변에 설치된 주차장에 침수가 발생되면, 이를 감지하여 침수 높이에 해당하는 정도로 배치 높이를 상승시켜 침수 피해를 방지할 수 있다.
