The present invention relates to a prefabricated composite waterproof structure in which an asphalt waterproof sheet and a rigid metal sheet are laminated to construct polyurea coating film waterproofing, thereby improving water tightness and durability, and more specifically, relates to the prefabricated composite waterproof structure using a rigid metal sheet and a polyurea coating film waterproof material to secure water tightness by minimizing a change in properties and performance of a junction portion between sheets and to improve durability by composite waterproofing. The composite waterproof structure according to the present invention comprises: an asphalt waterproof sheet which is installed on a concrete base surface; a plurality of rigid metal sheets which are installed to overlap the edge thereof on the asphalt waterproof sheet; an urethane sealant which is applied to the overlapped portions of the rigid metal sheets; a primer which is applied onto the upper surface of the urethane sealant and around the upper surface of the urethane sealant; and a polyurea coating film waterproof material which is applied onto exposed outer surfaces of the primer and the rigid metal sheets.
본 발명은 아스팔트 방수시트와 경질금속시트를 적층시켜 폴리우레아 도막방수를 시공하여 수밀성과 내구도를 향상시킨 조립식 복합방수구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 시트 간의 접합부 성능 및 물성변화를 최소화시켜 수밀성을 확보하고, 복합방수공법으로 내구성을 향상시키도록 한 경질금속시트와 폴리우레아 도막방수재를 이용한 조립식 복합방수구조에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 콘크리트 바탕면의 상부에 설치되는 아스팔트 방수시트; 상기 아스팔트 방수시트의 상부에 가장자리 부위가 겹침 형식으로 설치되는 다수개의 경질금속시트; 상기 다수개의 경질금속시트의 겹침 부위에 도포되는 우레탄실란트; 상기 우레탄실란트의 상부 표면과 그 주위에 도포되는 프라이머; 상기 프라이머와 상기 경질금속시트의 각각 노출되는 외부 표면에 도포되는 폴리우레아 도막방수재;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
