One embodiment of the present invention provides a waterproof sheet including: a composite sheet sequentially comprising a soft asphalt compound layer, a reinforcing material layer, a hard asphalt compound layer and a PVC heat shielding film layer; and a polyurea topcoat. According to the present invention, a PVC film layer having heat shield/insulating performance can be uniformly formed inside the waterproof sheet.
본 발명의 일 구현예는 연질형 아스팔트 컴파운드층, 보강재층, 경질형 아스팔트 컴파운드층 및 PVC 차열필름층을 순차적으로 포함하는 복합시트; 및 폴리우레아 상도층을 포함하는 방수시트를 제공한다.
