Manufacturing Equipment For A Manhole Its Manufacturing Method Of A Manhole And Its Assembly Type Manhole Having Connector
The present invention relates to a manhole manufacturing apparatus, manhole manufacturing method using the apparatus, and a manhole integrated with a connector manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, the manufacturing apparatus for the manhole integrated with the connector comprises: a connector assembly unit which includes: an internal jig for connector assembly which forms an internal side of a connection unit to form the connection unit of the manhole into which a connection pipe is inserted; an external jig for connector assembly connected to the internal jig to form an external side of the connection unit; and the connector inserted into between the internal jig and the external jig to prevent concrete from flowing into the internal jig and the external jig while the manhole is being manufactured; an external mold connected to the connector assembly unit to form an external surface of the manhole; an internal mold connected to the internal jig to form an internal surface of the manhole; and a fixing bolt which combines the external mold and the connector assembly unit. The present invention is to easily manufacture the manhole manufacturing apparatus and to allow a user to easily separate the manhole manufacturing apparatus from the internal mold and the external mold after molding the manhole by using the manhole manufacturing apparatus.
본 발명은 맨홀 제조장치, 이에 의한 맨홀 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 커넥터 일체형 맨홀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 커넥터 일체형 맨홀의 제조장치는, 접속관이 삽입되는 맨홀의 접속구를 형성할 수 있도록, 상기 접속구의 내측을 형성하는 커넥터조립용 내측지그, 상기 내측지그와 연결되며 상기 접속구의 외측을 형성하는 커넥터조립용 외측지그 및 상기 내측지그와 상기 외측지그 사이에 삽입되어 맨홀 제조시 콘크리트가 상기 내측지그 및 외측지그 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 커넥터를 구비하는 커넥터조립유닛, 상기 커넥터조립유닛과 연결되며, 맨홀의 외면을 형성하는 외부 몰드, 상기 내측지그와 연결되며, 맨홀의 내면을 형성하는 내부 몰드 및 상기 외부몰드와 상기 커넥터 조립유닛을 결합하는 고정볼트를 포함한다.

본 발명은 맨홀 제조장치, 이에 의한 맨홀 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 커넥터 일체형 맨홀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 커넥터 일체형 맨홀의 제조장치는, 접속관이 삽입되는 맨홀의 접속구를 형성할 수 있도록, 상기 접속구의 내측을 형성하는 커넥터조립용 내측지그, 상기 내측지그와 연결되며 상기 접속구의 외측을 형성하는 커넥터조립용 외측지그 및 상기 내측지그와 상기 외측지그 사이에 삽입되어 맨홀 제조시 콘크리트가 상기 내측지그 및 외측지그 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 커넥터를 구비하는 커넥터조립유닛, 상기 커넥터조립유닛과 연결되며, 맨홀의 외면을 형성하는 외부 몰드, 상기 내측지그와 연결되며, 맨홀의 내면을 형성하는 내부 몰드 및 상기 외부몰드와 상기 커넥터 조립유닛을 결합하는 고정볼트를 포함한다.
