The present invention relates to an insulating wall used for an apartment house, capable of easily preventing fire from being dispersed in a building constructed with an insulating wall. According to the present invention, in an insulating wall formed by inserting a steel sheet into an insulating material, the steel sheet comprises: a first steel sheet having a plurality of installation holes formed in a longitudinal direction; and a second steel sheet formed to correspond to the first steel sheet and having a plurality of fire extinguishing holes in a longitudinal direction. The insulating material comprises: a guide hole formed in a portion closely adhered to the installation hole; a plurality of water tanks disposed on one side of the guide hole and storing water inside; a flowing pipe to connect the water tanks; a first branch hole extended to a side part of the flowing pipe to penetrate into left and right side parts of the insulating material; a second branch hole extended to the side part of the flowing pipe to penetrate into front and rear side parts of the insulating material; and an insertion hole extended to the side part of the flowing pipe to penetrate into a rear surface of the insulating material. A pressing device is installed in the installation hole, wherein the pressing device includes: a disc-shaped pressing plate; a pressing protrusion protruding on one side of the pressing plate; and a spring coupled to the pressing protrusion to be disposed between the pressing plate and the installation hole. The pressing device hits the water tank through the pressing protrusion moving along the installation hole and the guide hole in accordance with a pressure transferred to the pressing plate, thereby branching and guiding the water inside the water tank towards the flowing pipe, the first branch hole, and the second branch hole.
본 발명은 단열 벽체로 시공된 건축물의 화재가 확산되는 것을 용이하게 방지할 수 있는 공동 주택 건축물에 사용되는 단열 벽체에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은 철판의 사이로 단열재가 삽입되어 구성되는 단열 벽체에 있어서, 상기 철판은 길이 방향으로 복수개의 설치공이 형성된 제1철판과, 상기 제1철판과 대응되게 형성되며 길이 방향으로 복수개의 소화공이 형성된 제2철판을 포함하고, 상기 단열재는 상기 설치공과 밀착되는 부위에 형성되는 안내공과, 상기 안내공의 일측에 위치되며 내측으로 물이 수용되는 복수개의 물통과, 상기 물통을 연결하는 유로관과, 상기 유로관의 측부로 연장 형성되어 단열재의 좌,우 측부로 관통되게 형성되는 제1분기공과, 상기 유로관의 측부로 연장 형성되어 단열재의 전,후 측부로 관통되게 형성되는 제2분기공과, 상기 유로관의 측부로 연장 형성되어 단열재의 후면으로 관통되게 형성되는 투입공을 포함하며, 상기 설치공에는 원판 형상의 압력판과, 상기 압력판의 일측으로 돌출 형성되는 압력돌기와, 상기 압력판과 설치공의 사이에 위치되도록 상기 압력돌기에 결합되는 스프링을 구비한 압력기가 설치되고, 상기 압력기는 상기 압력판에 전달되는 압력에 따라 상기 설치공 및 안내공을 따라 이동되는 압력돌기를 통하여 상기 물통을 타격하여 물통 내측의 물이 상기 유로관, 제1분기공, 제2분기공의 방향으로 분기되어 안내되도록 구성된다.
