【課題】敷地に対する建物配置や、敷地内避難経路の計画、建物周りの植栽計画の自由度を向上させることができる集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】複数の階を有するとともに、１つの階に複数の住戸２が設けられる集合住宅１において、隣り合う角住戸２１と中住戸２２との間に形成された空間部７に設けられ、共用廊下６、角住戸２１および中住戸２２から往来可能なバルコニー７２と、空間部７に設けられバルコニー７２と隣接する吹抜け７１と、を有する。【選択図】図１
