The present invention relates to a concrete pile connection plate having a connection unit. According to the present invention, the concrete pile connection plate having the connection unit comprises: a pile finish plate which comprises an edge unit with a hole in the center thereof, and a bolt combination hole formed on the edge unit by being spaced at a certain distance; a connection plate which comprises an edge unit welded on an internal edge of the pile finish plate, a bending unit extended from an external edge of the edge unit upwards, and a hanging bump horizontally extended from a top end of the bending unit; and a connection unit formed on a top end of an internal edge of the edge unit of the pile finish plate to be combined by making a bottom end of the edge unit of the connection plate come in contact with and welding it. The present invention is able to, in manufacturing the pile connection plate, which is capable of promoting combination convenience when connecting concrete piles, by separately manufacturing the pile finish plate and the connection plate, allow manufacturing using a pressing method, to reduce manufacturing costs and manufacturing time, and to allow manufacturing of the pile connection plate by using a thin iron plate by separately manufacturing and welding the pile finish plate and the connection plate, thereby remarkably reducing costs.
본 발명은 중앙에 통공이 형성된 테두리부와 상기 테두리부에 일정간격 이격되도록 형성되는 볼트결합공을 구비하는 파일마감판과, 상기 파일마감판 내측 가장자리에 용접되는 테두리부와 상기 테두리부로 외측 가장자리로 부터 상부로 연장되는 절곡부와 상기 절곡부 상단으로 부터 수평으로 연장되는 걸림턱을 구비하는 연결판과, 상기 파일마감판의 테두리부 내측 가장자리 상단에 연결판의 테두리부 하단을 밀착시키고 용접하여 결합되도록 구성되는 연결부를 구비하는 콘크리트 파일 연결플레이트를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 콘크리트 파일을 서로 연결할 때 결합의 편리성을 도모할 수 있는 파일 연결플레이트를 제작함에 있어 파일마감판과 연결판을 분리 제작함에 있어 프레싱공법에 의해 제작가능하게 함으로써 제작비용 및 제작시간을 절감할 수 있도록 하고, 또 파일마감판과 연결판을 분리시켜 제작하고 이를 용접함으로써 비교적 얇은 철판을 사용해서 파일 연결플레이트를 제작가능하게 됨으로써 원가부담도 현저히 줄일 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
