The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an aluminium screen louver with a curved surface, which forms a surface towards an indoor side of an aluminium screen louver attached to a ceiling or a wall surface, into a curved surface. The manufacturing method comprises: a main body forming process of forming a main body which has an installation surface installed on the ceiling or a wall surface of a building while forming a rectangular shape, and a decoration surface positioned in an opposite side to the installation surface and having a curved line towards the indoor side thereof; a cover plate forming process of forming the decoration surface into a smooth curved surface by being combined with the decoration surface of the main body; and a combination completing process of combining a cover plate into the main body. In addition, the process of forming the decoration surface with the curved line in the main body can form a screen louver with an entirely complete curved surface, by comprising: a step of cutting an original plate along a curved surface cutting line; a step of forming a plurality of cut pieces; a step of forming a bending fore-end piece, where the cover plate is combined, into a curved line surface by vertically bending the pieces; and a step of forming a single completely curved surface by inserting the long cover plate into the bending fore-end piece. Therefore, the manufacturing method for an aluminium screen louver with a curved surface can manufacture an aluminium screen louver with a complete curved surface by cutting and bending the fore-end part of an aluminium metal plate into small cut pieces and inserting the cover plate into the fore-end piece formed by successively placing the cut pieces, even without using equipment such as an expensive drawing machine.

본 발명은 천정이나 벽면에 부착된 알루미늄 스크린 루바의 실내 쪽을 향하는 면이 곡면을 이루게 한 곡면 알루미늄 스크린 루버의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 직육면체의 형상을 이루면서 건물의 천정 또는 벽면체에 설치되는 설치면과, 설치면의 반대쪽에 위치하면서 실내쪽을 향하는 곡선의 장식면을 구비하여 이루어진 본체를 성형하는 본체 성형과정과, 상기 본체의 장식면에 결합되어 장식면을 매끈한 곡면으로 만들어 주는 커버판 성형과정 및, 상기 커버판을 본체에 결합시키는 결합완성 과정으로 이루어지며; 상기 본체의 곡선 장식면을 이루는 성형과정이 원판을 곡면 재단선에 따라 자른 다음, 다수개의 절편을 형성시키고, 이 절편을 수직으로 꺾어 커버판이 결합되는 절곡 선단편이 곡선면을 이루어지게 하며, 이 절곡선단편에 기다란 커버판을 끼워 넣어 하나의 완전한 곡면을 이루게 함으로써, 전체적으로 완전한 곡면 스크린 루바를 만들게 한다. 이러한 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 값비싼 드로잉 기기와 같은 장비를 사용하지 않고서도 알루미늄 금속판의 선단을 절편의 형태로 잘게 잘라 구부려 주고, 절편이 연속적으로 배치되어 이루는 선단편에 커버판이 끼워져 조립됨으로써 완전한 곡면을 이루는 알루미늄 스크린 루바를 만들 수 있는 것이다.
