PDF SMART POLYETHYLENE DOUBLE FRAME PANEL WATER TANK
The present invention relates to a smart polyethylene double frame (PDF) water tank. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the smart PDF water tank comprises: an up-and-down distance adjustment earthquake-proof dry pad; a bottom reinforcing material having a first H-shaped steel installed on an upper surface of a second upper plate in the horizontal direction and a first square-shaped steel assembled to a side surface of the first H-shaped steel; and a first PDF panel installed on an upper surface of the bottom reinforcing material. The up-and-down distance adjustment earthquake-proof dry pad comprises: a base plate arranged and installed on a horizontal surface; a support pillar having a lower end installed on an upper surface of the base plate, and an upper end where a first upper plate is installed; a horizontality and height adjustment bolt where the first upper plate is screwed to a lower portion thereof to be able to vertically move, a support is formed in an upper portion thereof, and a projecting head is formed in an upper portion of the support; and a second upper plate installed on an upper portion of the horizontality and height adjustment bolt, such that the horizontality and the height of the second plate are adjusted. Accordingly, instead of base concrete, the up-and-down distance adjustment earthquake-proof dry pad supports the bottom reinforcing material, thereby significantly reducing a construction period and facilitating the adjustment of the horizontality and the height.
본 발명은 스마트 PDF 물탱크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 스마트 PDF 물탱크는 수평면에 배열 설치된 베이스플레이트, 상기 베이스플레이트의 상면에 하단이 설치되고 상단에 제1 상부플레이트가 설치된 지지기둥, 상기 제1 상부플레이트에 하부가 나사 체결되어 상하 이동되며 상부에 받침부가 형성되고 상기 받침부의 상부에 머리부가 돌출 형성된 수평 및 높낮이조절용 볼트 및 상기 수평 및 높낮이조절용 볼트의 상부에 설치되어 수평 및 높낮이가 조절되는 제2 상부플레이트를 포함하는 상하조절용 내진건식패드, 상기 제2 상부플레이트의 상면에 수평방향으로 설치되는 제1 H-형강 및 상기 제1 H-형강의 측면에 조립되는 제1 사각형강을 포함하는 바닥보강재 및 상기 바닥보강재의 상면에 설치되는 제1 PDF 패널을 포함한다. 따라서 기초콘크리트를 대신하여 상하조절용 내진건식패드가 바닥보강재를 받쳐 지지함으로써 시공기간을 효과적으로 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 수평 및 높낮이조절이 용이하다.
