Floating matter Removing Apparatus of Intake Station
The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing floating matters of a water-intake plant, which comprises: a grid-shaped lower frame; a filter net screen which is formed on one side of the grid-shaped lower frame; a suction water pump which is installed on an upper portion of the filter net screen; an upper frame which is coupled to the lower frame with a plurality of brackets; a floating hole supporter integrally fastened to both sides of the upper frame, in which air is injected; four floating holes which are fastened to both ends of the floating hole supporter; a U-shaped supporter which is vertically fastened to the upper frame; a floating matters collecting unit which is fastened to one side of the supporter; a floating matters recruiting unit which is fastened to one side of the upper frame; an ejector which suctions and discharges the floating matters of the floating matters recruiting unit; and a discharging pipe which is fastened to a discharging hole of the water pump, is fastened to a rear end of the ejector, and is connected to the floating matters collecting unit.
본 발명 취수장의 부유물 제거장치는 격자형의 하부 프레임과 상기 격자형의 하부 프레임 일측에 구성되는 걸름망 스크린과 상기 걸름망 스크린 상부에 설치되는 흡입 수중 펌프와, 상기 하부 프레임에 다수의 브라켓으로 체결되는 상부 프레임과, 상기 상부프레임 양측에 일체로 체결되고 공기가 주입된 부유구 지지대와, 상기 양측의 부유구 지지대 끝단에 체결되는 4개의 부유구와, 상기 상부 프레임에 수직으로 체결되는 "ㄷ"자 형상의 지지대와, 상기 지지대에 체결되는 부유물 수집부와, 상기 상부 프레임에 일측에 체결되는 부유물 모집부와, 상기 부유물 모집부의 부유물을 흡입하여 배출하는 이젝터와, 상기 수중 펌프의 토출구에 체결되는 것으로 상기 이젝터 후단과 체결되고 부유물 수집부까지 연결되는 토출 배관으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
