According to an embodiment of the present invention, a floating matter collection device comprises: an oil fence which is a linear structure with multiple floating bodies connected through connection units; and a pair of enclosures in which a rail groove is formed through which the oil fence passes, and the rail groove is equipped with a plurality of transport wheels to transport the oil fence in one direction or the other. The enclosures are made of electromagnets and contain magnetic coupling parts which selectively generate magnetic force to attract or repel each other. The enclosures are connected by wires of adjustable length.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 부유물 수거 장치는 다수 개의 부유체가 연결유닛을 통해 연결된 선형의 구조물이 오일펜스, 오일펜스가 통과하는 레일홈이 형성되고, 레일홈에는 다수 개의 이송휠이 구비되어 오일펜스를 일 방향 또는 타방향으로 이송하는 한 쌍의 함체를 포함하고, 함체들은 전자석으로 이루어져 선택적으로 자기력이 형성되어 서로 당기거나 밀어내는 자성결합부를 포함하며, 함체들은 길이가 조절되는 와이어로 연결된다.
