The present invention relates to a door stay for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the door stay for the vehicle comprises: a base member which comprises: base plates respectively bent on the top and bottom sides of a vertical plate to form a ′ㄷ′ shape; shaft movement paths whose left side and right side are respectively punched and which are formed on the center of the base plates on the top and bottom sides; a one-side through-pin and an other-side through-pin, respectively, and vertically installed in between one side and the other side of the base plates on the top and bottom sides; handle units respectively and horizontally protruding from an end of the other side of the base plates on the top and bottom sides; and hanging bumps with a hanging groove formed on the external side surfaces of an end of the other side of the base plates on the top and bottom sides, and which is inserted into the inside of a door through a stay mounting hole on an internal plate of the door to be hung and fastened with the hanging bumps on the top and bottom sides elastically supported by the base plates on the top and bottom sides which are moved away from each other for a certain angle towards the external side on the top and bottom sides by its own elastic force; elastic members on the top and bottom sides formed in a horseshoe shape made of wire rods made from spring steel, whose other side is open, to be respectively installed on the top and bottom sides on an external side of the base members by being laid along the shaft movement paths, having hanging bumps protruding from one side and the other side to face forward and backward towards an internal side; and an opening/closing rod unit whose one side is inserted into an internal side of the base members and whose other side has a rod member connected to a door hinge unit of a vehicle body to have a stay shaft vertically penetrating one end on one side of the rod member, whose top and bottom sides penetrate the internal side of the elastic members on the top and bottom sides to allow the opening/closing rod unit to be inserted into the shaft movement paths of the base plates on a top side and a bottom side to move along the shaft movement paths. The present invention is to provide the door stay for the vehicle, which is able to keep the door from flowing in an open or closed status by a certain angle by the hanging bumps formed on both sides of the elastic members on the top and bottom sides.

본 발명은 수직판의 상하양측에 각각 베이스판이 굽힘처리되어 "ㄷ"자형상을 이루며 상하측 베이스판의 가운데부분에는 각각 축이동로가 좌우로 천공되어 있고 상하측 베이스판의 일측 및 타측 사이에는 각각 일측관통핀과 타측관통핀이 수직으로 관통 설치되며 상하측 베이스판의 타측끝단에는 각각 손잡이부가 수평으로 돌출형성되고 상하측 베이스판의 타측끝부분 외측면에는 각각 걸림홈이 형성된 걸림돌기가 고정부착되어 있어 도어내판의 스테이장착홀을 통해 도어 내측에 삽입되면서 자체 탄성력에 의해 상하 외측으로 일정각도 벌어지는 상하측 베이스판에 의해 상하측 걸림돌기가 탄성지지된 상태로 걸림체결되는 베이스부재와, 스프링강으로 된 선재로 타측이 개구된 말굽형상으로 형성되고 베이스부재의 내측 상하부에 각각 수평으로 눕혀진 상태로 축이동로를 따라 설치되며 일측과 타측에는 각각 내측을 향해 걸림턱이 전후 대향되게 돌출형성된 상하측 탄성부재와, 일측이 베이스부재의 내측에 삽입되고 타측은 차체의 도어힌지부에 연결되게 설치되는 로드부재가 구비되고 로드부재의 일측끝단에는 스테이축이 수직으로 관통 설치되며 스테이축의 상하부는 상하측 탄성부재의 내측을 관통하여 상하측 베이스판의 축이동로에 삽입되면서 축이동로를 따라 이동되게 설치되는 개폐로드부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 도어스테이에 관한 것이다.
