Disclosed is a door stay device for a painting operation. The door stay device of the present invention comprises: a body unit which is installed inside a door of a vehicle; and a load unit which has one end slidably installed inside the body unit, and the other end installed at the body of the vehicle. The body unit is provided with an upper fixing pin structure and a lower fixing pin structure respectively coupled to an upper hole and a lower hole which are formed on the side surfaces of a vehicle door. According to the present invention, a door stay device does not come into contact with the side surface of the vehicle door during the installation and use processes of a door stay device. Damage to the vehicle door due to a contact with the door stay device, and the occurrence of poor painting can be prevented. The coating liquid on the stay device falls down due to a contact with the side surface of the vehicle door during the use of the door stay device. The body of the vehicle can be prevented from contaminated.
도장 작업용 도어 스테이 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명은, 차량의 도어 내부에 설치되는 본체부, 및 본체부의 내부에 일단이 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 설치되며 타단이 차량 몸체에 설치되는 로드부를 구비하고, 본체부에는 차량 도어의 측면에 형성된 상부홀과 하부홀에 각각 결합되는 상부 고정핀 구조체와 하부 고정핀 구조체가 구비된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도어 스테이 장치의 설치 및 사용 과정에서 차량 도어의 측면에 도어 스테이 장치가 접촉되지 않음으로써, 도어 스테이 장치의 접촉으로 인한 차량 도어의 손상 및 그로 인한 도장 불량의 발생을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 스테이 장치에 묻어있는 도장액이 도어 스테이 장치의 사용 과정에서 차량 도어의 측면과의 접촉으로 인해 아래로 떨어짐으로써 차체를 오염시키는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
