The present invention relates to a hermetic underground water well cover apparatus. According to the present invention, the hermetic underground water well cover apparatus comprises: a housing in a cylindrical shape with its top end unit and bottom end unit open to have an accommodation space inside, whose side unit has an electric wire insertion hole, into which an electric wire pipe is inserted and whose bottom end unit has an underground water discharge hole, which has a ′U′-shaped first settlement unit inside and whose internal side facing the first settlement unit has a ′U′-shaped second settlement unit, whose one side unit has a first inclined surface inclined downwards; a ′+′-shaped pipe on which the first settlement unit and the second settlement unit of the housing are settled and whose bottom side′s one side has a guide pipe to guide underground water to the underground water discharge hole, whose opposite side unit has a pressurizing unit, whose bottom end unit has an inflow hole, into which underground water is introduced, and whose top side′s external diameter has an air discharge hole to discharge air generated inside to the outside; connection means respectively formed on an end unit of the inflow hole of the pipe and on an end unit of a transfer pipe, which transfers underground water to the inflow hole, to connect and fixate the inflow hole of the pipe and the transfer pipe; a first pressurizing means formed on the second settlement unit of the housing to pressurize the pressurizing unit of the pipe and to make the guide pipe of the pipe come in contact with and be fixated on the underground water discharge hole of the housing; a second pressurizing means formed on an internal side of the electric wire insertion hole of the housing to pressurize the electric wire pipe and to seal the electric wire insertion hole; a sealing cover installed on a top end unit of the housing to seal the inside of the housing; and a discharge means formed on the sealing cover to discharge a pressure generated inside the housing to the outside. The present invention is to provide the hermetic underground water well cover apparatus which is able to secure a watertight seal and to improve workability.

본 발명은 밀폐형 지하수 심정 덮개장치에 있어서, 상하 단부측이 개방된 원통 형태로 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 측부에 전선배관이 삽입되는 전선삽입구가 형성되며, 전선삽입구의 하부 측부에 지하수 배출구가 형성되고, 지하수 배출구의 내측에‘U’형태인 제1안착부가 형성되며, 제1안착부와 상호 마주하는 내측에 ‘U’형태인 제2안착부가 형성되고, 제2안착부의 일측부에 하향 경사지게 제1경사면이 형성되는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 제1,2안착부 안착되는‘+’형태로 형성되되, 하부 일측은 지하수를 지하수 배출구로 안내하는 안내관이 형성되고, 안내관의 반대쪽 측부에는 가압부가 형성되며, 하단부에 지하수가 유입되는 유입구가 형성되고, 상부 외경에 내부에 발생되는 에어를 외부로 배출시키는 에어배출구가 설치되는 배관; 상기 배관의 유입구 끝단부와 유입구로 지하수를 이송시키는 이송관 끝단부에 각각 구성되어 배관의 유입구와 이송관을 연결 고정시키는 연결수단; 상기 하우징의 제2안착부에 구성되어 배관의 가압부를 가압하여 배관의 안내관을 하우징의 지하수 배출구로 밀착 및 고정시키는 제1가압수단; 상기 하우징의 전선삽입구 내측에 구성되어 전선배관을 가압하여 전선삽입구를 밀폐시키는 제2가압수단; 상기 하우징의 내부를 밀폐시키도록 하우징의 상단부에 설치되는 밀폐 덮개; 상기 밀폐덮개에 하우징의 내부에 발생되는 압을 외부로 배출시키도록 구성되는 배출수단;을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
