At least three wear-resisting bodies are embedded in the upper surface of the well cover body. A composite material plate is arranged in the well cover body and fixed to the well cover body. Two carbon fiber columns are arranged on the upper surface of the composite material plate and located close to the two side faces of the composite material plate. Connection locks are arranged on the lower surface of the composite material plate and connected with the composite material plate and the well cover body. The underground inspection well cover is low in weight, has good use performance, has high wear resistance and strength, can prevent burglaries, is good in sealing performance, has a certain environment protection effect, and can be secondarily recycled.
