Paint Spraying Nozzle of Traffic Lane Apparatus
The present invention provides a paint spraying nozzle of a traffic lane painting apparatus which is connected to and installed in a paint extruder transferring paint from a paint tank in which the paint is received and stored, and controls the paint transferred from the paint extruder by a nozzle opening/closing means to discharge and coat a road surface in order to discharge the paint in accordance with the width of a lane while uniformly dispersing the paint to efficiently construct a lane at uniform width and thickness on the lane regulated on a road when coating the lane paint towards the road surface. According to the present invention, the paint spraying nozzle comprises: a nozzle chamber including a paint inlet and a thermal medium supply hole in an upper part, and including an inner wall to form a paint storage space communicating with the paint inlet to store the paint therein, and an outer wall forming a wall surface on the outside of the inner wall at an interval and forming a circulation path capable of communicating with the thermal medium supply hole to circulate a thermal medium; a nozzle unit installed in a lower part of the nozzle chamber and discharging the paint towards a road surface such that the road surface is coated with the paint in accordance with opening/closing control of the nozzle opening/closing means; and a paint diffuser formed on the inner wall of the nozzle chamber by corresponding to the nozzle unit and formed to disperse and transfer the paint towards the nozzle unit.
본 발명은 도로의 노면을 향한 차선도료를 도포할 때 차선 폭에 맞춰 도료를 균일하게 분산시키면서 토출하여 도로에 규정된 차선의 폭 및 두께가 균일한 차선을 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 도료가 수용저장된 도료탱크로부터 도료를 이송시키는 도료압출기에 연결 설치되고, 상기 도료압출기로부터 이송된 도료를 노즐개폐수단으로부터 제어하여 노면을 향해 토출 도포하는 도료 분사노즐에 있어서, 상부에 도료유입구 및 열매체공급구를 구비하되, 상기 도료유입구에 연통하여 내측에 도료를 수용가능한 도료수용공간을 형성하는 내벽체와, 상기 내벽체의 외측에 간격을 두고 벽면을 형성하며 상기 열매체공급구에 연통하여 열매체가 순환될 수 있는 순환로를 형성하는 외벽체를 포함하여 구성하는 노즐챔버와; 상기 노즐챔버의 하부에 설치되고 상기 노즐개폐수단의 개폐제어에 따라 노면을 향해 도료를 도포할 수 있게 토출시키는 노즐유닛과; 상기 노즐유닛에 대응하여 상기 노즐챔버의 내벽체 상에 형성되되 상기 노즐유닛을 향해 도료를 분산이동시킬 수 있게 형성하는 도료디퓨저;를 포함하는 차선도색장치의 도료 분사노즐을 제공한다.

The present invention provides a paint spraying nozzle of a traffic lane painting apparatus which is connected to and installed in a paint extruder transferring paint from a paint tank in which the paint is received and stored, and controls the paint transferred from the paint extruder by a nozzle opening/closing means to discharge and coat a road surface in order to discharge the paint in accordance with the width of a lane while uniformly dispersing the paint to efficiently construct a lane at uniform width and thickness on the lane regulated on a road when coating the lane paint towards the road surface. According to the present invention, the paint spraying nozzle comprises: a nozzle chamber including a paint inlet and a thermal medium supply hole in an upper part, and including an inner wall to form a paint storage space communicating with the paint inlet to store the paint therein, and an outer wall forming a wall surface on the outside of the inner wall at an interval and forming a circulation path capable of communicating with the thermal medium supply hole to circulate a thermal medium; a nozzle unit installed in a lower part of the nozzle chamber and discharging the paint towards a road surface such that the road surface is coated with the paint in accordance with opening/closing control of the nozzle opening/closing means; and a paint diffuser formed on the inner wall of the nozzle chamber by corresponding to the nozzle unit and formed to disperse and transfer the paint towards the nozzle unit.
