Paint Spraying Nozzle System of Traffic Lane Apparatus
The present invention relates to a paint spray nozzle system for a lane painting apparatus. When lane paint is applied to the road surface of the road, paint is sprayed while uniformly dispersing the paint in accordance with a lane width, to efficiently draw lanes with uniform width and thickness regulated on the road. The paint spray nozzle system which is connected to a paint extruder transferring paint from a paint tank accommodating and storing paint, and sprays and applies the paint to the road surface, comprises: a nozzle chamber which is provided with a paint inlet and a thermal medium supply port at the upper portion thereof, and includes an inner wall body provided with a paint accommodation space communicating with the paint inlet and being capable of accommodating paint therein, and an outer wall body provided with a wall surface outside the inner wall body at a distance and communicating with the thermal medium supply port to form a circulation path capable of circulating a thermal medium; a nozzle unit which is installed at the lower portion of the nozzle chamber, and controls paint to be sprayed to the road surface to be opened or closed; and a paint diffuser which is formed on the inner wall body of the nozzle chamber in correspondence with the nozzle unit, and diffuses and moves the paint toward the nozzle unit.
본 발명은 도로의 노면을 향한 차선도료를 도포할 때 차선 폭에 맞춰 도료를 균일하게 분산시키면서 토출하여 도로에 규정된 차선의 폭 및 두께가 균일한 차선을 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 도료가 수용저장된 도료탱크로부터 도료를 이송시키는 도료압출기에 연결 설치되고, 상기 도료압출기로부터 이송된 도료를 노면을 향해 토출 도포하는 도료 분사노즐 시스템에 있어서, 상부에 도료유입구 및 열매체공급구를 구비하되, 상기 도료유입구에 연통하여 내측에 도료를 수용가능한 도료수용공간을 형성하는 내벽체와, 상기 내벽체의 외측에 간격을 두고 벽면을 형성하며 상기 열매체공급구에 연통하여 열매체가 순환될 수 있는 순환로를 형성하는 외벽체를 포함하여 구성하는 노즐챔버와; 상기 노즐챔버의 하부에 설치되고 노면을 향한 도료의 토출 여부를 개폐제어할 수 있게 구비하는 노즐유닛과; 상기 노즐유닛에 대응하여 상기 노즐챔버의 내벽체 상에 형성되되 상기 노즐유닛을 향해 도료를 분산이동시키는 도료디퓨저;를 포함하는 차선도색장치의 도료 분사노즐 시스템을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a paint spray nozzle system for a lane painting apparatus.
